Ancient mountain stone house, recently renovated, located in a typical hamlet of Roure, Balma, halfway between Pinerolo and Sestriere.

The house is set in a pristine natural environment, with mountain views and features a triple room with private bathroom. The furnishings have been carefully chosen and personalized to create a cozy and pleasant atmosphere.

Tranquility, nature, and landscape make it an ideal place for relaxation and vacation.

Breakfast, made with local products, is served in the breakfast room and outdoors during the beautiful season.

Guests have access to parking and a garden, as well as information and tourist material.

Our B&B is located in Val Chisone, a valley that hosted the 2006 Winter Olympic Games.

We are in Balma, a small hamlet in the municipality of Roure, adorned with charming murals that depict moments of valley history.

Val Chisone is rich in history, as evidenced by the Fenestrelle Fort, the largest fortress in Europe (8 km away), and the numerous fortifications, mines, and alpine villages in the area.

15 km from the property, you will find Usseaux, which has received a prestigious recognition: it has proven to be one of the most beautiful villages in Italy!

In the Olympic Valleys, you can engage in a wide variety of sports: skiing in Pragelato (20 km), Sestriere (25 km), and Montgenèvre (50 km); snowshoeing, walking, and hiking; rock climbing and via ferrata in the Bourcet Valley (2 km); mountain biking; trial, etc.

The B&B is 70 km away from Turin, where Turin Caselle Airport is located (90 km away).

Very welcoming and easily accessible structure. Excellent reception from Mrs. Angela, very kind and truly very helpful. The room is very spacious, clean and well furnished, with a beautiful view of the valley. Excellent and abundant breakfast, prepared with care by the owner with fresh and genuine products. I really recommend it.

Very nice rooms, tidy and clean. The area is perfect to reach touristic and hiking areas, as well as Pinerolo or the Valdese valleys. The staff always cares and tries to make you feel at home. Breakfast was really good with homemade cakes.

We felt so lucky to have found this place and the lovely owner, Angela. As well as providing an exceptional breakfast full of things she had made herself using her own produce or foraged herself, she told us about the history of the house and was proud to show us all the furniture and wooden artefacts that her husband had made before he sadly died. We wished we had been able to stay longer. The house was full of character and atmosphere.

We stayed at this property for one night, in the room shown in the location image. The room was spacious, welcoming, well cleaned, and quite unique. We were welcomed by Mrs. Angela, the owner, with kindness and availability, who also prepares excellent breakfasts! The daughter Francesca was also very helpful and kind. As for the location of the property, we chose it because we were interested in visiting Usseaux and the Forte di Fenestrelle, so it was very close to our destinations.

A good reception from Mrs. Angela and her daughter who, in addition to kindness, illustrated us with great passion the history of the village and the potential represented by the abandoned talc mines that could become a source of culture and tourist attraction. It would be desirable for the institutions to be interested in taking care, together with the local residents and primarily with the contribution of Mrs. Angela, of restoring the heritage of the past through the project of an Ecomuseum to give a future to this small charming place. Excellent breakfast in the garden, with fabulous zero km products! A short but pleasant stay... hoping that a dream comes true... Roberto and Karen.

Excellent location, the breakfast is abundant, the room is comfortable and quiet, I recommend calling the property to book the room seen on the site, as there are two and the one in the photos is the one on the ground floor, the one upstairs is nice but not at the level of the lower one. The lady turned out to be helpful and discreet. Magnificent to hear the sounds of animals and the bucolic environment with horses and farm animals as soon as you go down the road.

Pare di essere fuori dal tempo si sta magnificamente. Luogo silenziosissimo in cui ritrovare la tranquillità La signora Angela fa sentire a proprio agio con molta delicatezza. Che dire? Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.

Ristrutturato con gusto e molto pulito. Il bagno della camera è piccolo seppur funzionale, ma non isolato dalle camera stessa quindi non garantisce privacy. Il soggiorno è stato comunque molto gradevole.

C’e lieu est très calme et est idéalement situé pour découvrir la vallée de Sestriere, sinsi que toutes ses vallées latérales, ses villages typiques et ses nombreux sentiers de randonnée. Les chambres sont très confortables, extrêmement propres et meublées dans le respect de la tradition locale. De plus l’accueil de la propriétaire est vraiment chaleureux, souriant et tout est mis en œuvre pour notre confort et rendre le séjour très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, excellent et permet également de découvrir les produits du terroir. Que du bonheur pour bien commencer la journée dans ce hameau typique de cette région. On voudrait y rester plusieurs jours et surtout y revenir.

Comodo per raggiungere il forte di Fenestrelle, il B&B ha come principali punti di forza l'atmosfera calda e raccolta, la pulizia impeccabile, la comodità del letto e la colazione abbondante, genuina e deliziosa. Punto di debolezza l'umidità della stanza (essendo fine aprile i riscaldamenti erano spenti).

Grazie Angela per la tua ospitalità e cortesia; siamo stati accolti benissimo! Il posto, Balma di Roure è eccezionale! Il B&B è caratteristico e mantenuto con un certo gusto, anche il piccolo Mirò è un tenerone. Noi ci siamo portati anche la cagnolina pagando un extra e poi la domenica mattina siamo andati a visitare il Forte di Fenestrelle. Arrivati sabato ora di cena, la Sig. Angela ci ha suggerito di andare a cenare al Ristorante del Cacciatore dove abbiamo mangiato cucina locale ottima. Poi di ritorno al B&B abbiamo fatto un giro a piedi nella Borgata che di per se è un piccolo gioiello. Ritorneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno o forse prima! Grazie ancora Angela! Zaira, Carmelo e Kira (4 zampe).

Soggiorno molto gradito e accogliente. Struttura rustica è in una posizione comodissima. La signora Angela e sua figlia disponibilissime e veramente deliziose, ancora più deliziosa l'abbondante colazione fatto quasi tutto da loro con prodotti tipici. Soddisfatta appieno del soggiorno, la consiglio per la qualità/prezzo, in modo particolare per le persone che la gestiscono, ci torneremo sicuramente in futuro!

Camera molto accogliente e caratteristica, pulita e confortevole. Colazione pantagruelica, tutta sfornata dalle mani della signora. La proprietaria è molto dolce, disponibile, alla mano. E poi ci sono cane, gatti, un pavone e una temibile oca dal caratterino molto deciso! Un breve soggiorno, ma molto confortevole e gradito.

Struttura bellissima e gestita da persone squisite! Una buona posizione per andare a sciare o anche solo visitare i paesini del comprensorio e fare belle camminate. Colazione abbondante e varia! Un soggiorno veramente piacevole che ripeterò di sicuro.

Luogo meraviglioso, ideale per stare in tranquillità e rilassarsi. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dalla signora Angela e dal suo cagnetto Mirò! La stanza è veramente bellissima, molto caratteristica e completa di tutto. La colazione è stata superba e abbondante, tutto casalingo e di produzione della proprietaria.
