Our house is in a unique location with one of the most beautiful views of Lake Orta, directly overlooking the island of San Giulio and the town of Orta. Completely renovated in 2022, according to the most modern green building criteria with triple-glazed windows, it retains all the charm and character typical of lake houses thanks to the natural materials used such as stone and wood. The B&B La Plesna is located in the hamlet of Ventraggia, immersed in a suggestive natural setting and overlooking Lake Orta with an unparalleled view of the island of San Giulio. A quaint cobblestone path less than a kilometer long connects the property to the center of Pella and the pier, allowing you to easily explore the lake and its surroundings.

Each room features a private bathroom, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV, and a kettle with everything you need for a relaxing stay. A continental breakfast is included and served with fresh, quality products. Guests can enjoy private, video-monitored parking for maximum peace of mind.

One of the highlights of our hospitality is undoubtedly our generous continental or Italian breakfast, which you can enjoy in the breakfast room or on the adjacent terrace, which offers a spectacular view of San Giulio Island. Breakfast is buffet style, while drinks (tea, coffee, milk, cappuccino) are served at your table. Breakfast is normally served from 8: 00 to 10: 00, but if you have special requests, we will do our best to accommodate you. You can enjoy delicious homemade cakes and jams, biscuits, cereals, honey, bread, baked goods, butter, cheeses, pancakes, cold cuts, eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, cappuccino, and fruit juices. Whenever possible, we offer food from local producers, favoring locally sourced and organic products. If you have any food intolerances or allergies, please let us know when booking. Tourist information about the lake and its valleys is available at the entrance to the breakfast room. Each room also has a kettle for those who want to enjoy tea, chamomile tea, or herbal tea. A refrigerator is available in the entrance hall for your convenience. The kitchen will not be available outside of breakfast.

Very nice operators. The accommodation is very secluded. The view from the balcony and the window is breathtaking. For us, it was a bit too secluded.
