An ancient ceramic factory transformed into a sanctuary of peace and tranquility. The rooms, bright and well-kept, offer modern comfort without forgetting the rustic soul of the place. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home; from the fireplace lit on winter evenings, to the terrace where the morning sun allows for exercise, relaxation, and sunbathing. The facility is barrier-free, allowing easy access to the rooms, with an elevator from the ground floor. Workshop and garage for bike maintenance, e-bike room, and guarded and video-monitored storage to safely leave your two-wheeler, stations for charging e-bikes, outdoor bike washing, laundry service with washer-dryer and related bathroom with shower on the same floor. Covered internal parking for motorcycles only.
Just a few steps from the facility, our family restaurant (Albero Fiorito) welcomes you for lunch and dinner. (Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays)

Breakfast
A self-service breakfast is available, always supervised by one of our staff, catering to any special needs our guests may have. Bread, butter, and jam, toast, brioches, tarts, cakes, and biscuits are all prepared by us according to local culinary traditions.
Special attention is given to those with food intolerances and celiac disease, so alternative products are always available. Fresh fruit, yogurt, dried fruit, and honey ensure a balanced calorie intake for cyclists. Local cheese, mountain butter, and local cured meats are the mainstays.
Breakfast is flexible to suit every need.

Restaurant
Adjacent restaurant where the mission and vision are the same: authenticity and tradition. The "Albero Fiorito" restaurant is a local excellence, offering excellent home cooking and an extensive wine list.
A typical Piedmontese restaurant where everything is prepared with local products and cooked over a wood-fired stove, known in the local dialect as "el putage. " This slow cooking process imparts traditional flavors.
The 2015 Italian winner of the television competition "La prova del Cuoco" (The Cook's Test), it pampers you for both lunch and dinner. It's always open except Tuesdays and Wednesdays, when it's closed for the weekly day off.
The owner has a passion for wine, and therefore offers an extensive wine list, carefully selected by him, including a small production: a Dogliani DOCG made from Dolcetto grapes from the "Sbaranzo" area of ??the municipality of Clavesana.
The white soils on the right bank of the Tanaro River lend the wine greater smoothness.
A wine without fining or stabilizing agents, a wine from days gone by, made from grape juice.

Guido and his family, generations of hoteliers and restaurateurs, have always been here in VAL CORSAGLIA. Because of his strong sense of belonging to the territory where he lives and works, he eventually involved me (Marina) in this passion as well. The restaurant is his vocation, and now the B&B LA CERAMICA MOLINE, his realized dream, is the energy with which Guido and I try every day to make this uncontaminated, genuine, and authentically Piedmontese territory known and appreciated.
