Description

Located in the picturesque countryside of Val Sessera, at 750m above sea level, the houses of Biolla lie on the green foothills of Monte Barone and offer a breathtaking view over the slopes and the valley below.

A starting point for walks in the woods, skiing, free climbing, trekking, and high altitude hikes on Mount Rosa.

Looking for an activity? Take swim in the Cavallero, hike to the rifugio Ciota on the trail to Monte Barone and enjoy a typical meal, or rent an e-bike from Lupato Brothers in Coggiola. With themyou could go on beautiful mountain bike excursions! (Lupato Brothers: 392 915 7481)
Our Bed & Breakfast is located in a recently renovated three-storey house.

The rooms are located on the top floor and offer independence and quiet. Accommodation and breakfast with typical local products, use of kitchen possible, private bathroom, and parking space. Open all year round.

How to get there: Highway A26 (Alessandria-Gravellona Toce), exit Romagnano-Ghemme. Follow the indications for Borgosesia, Pray, Coggiola, and then for the Frazione Viera. Biolla is the village after Viera. The yellow house with the B&B sign is on the right, towards the end of the village.

We were welcomed and hosted with great warmth by Paola and her family. The beautiful mountain house is in a hamlet of Coggiola surrounded by woods and tranquility. In the surroundings, there are beautiful mountain trails. We will be back soon.

What can I say: we were practically adopted by the host family. On the occasion of the Superenduro EXP 2014 in Coggiola, they were a point of reference and also team supporters: hospitality, closeness, and familiarity. Definitely recommended.
