Description

Our B&B is a rustic house from 1880 that was completely renovated in 2002.

It is located in the countryside, 600 meters above sea level, 1 kilometer from the town of Boves, and easily accessible 6 kilometers from the city of Cuneo.

We are a 30-minute drive from the ski resort Riserva Bianca (Limone Piemonte) and 45 minutes from the Mondolè Ski area (Prato Nevoso-Artesina).

Our rooms have private bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, independent heating, and balconies with views of the mountains La Bisimauda or Bisalta.

We provide a storage room for bicycles or skis for our guests.

The breakfast is made with local and KM0 products and is served in the family kitchen by the owner, Iulia Baudino.

The B&B La Bisimauda mainly caters to families and business travelers, offering discounts for stays longer than 4 days. Our rates do not vary depending on the season or holidays.

Breakfast is prepared at home, with a choice of typical local products. Guests can enjoy milk from a famous farm in Cuneo, fresh croissants made by local bakers, and most importantly, delicious homemade cakes following traditional recipes from Grandma Maria and Grandma Rina. Upon request, it is also possible to taste savory products made from typical cheeses like Raschera Dop, tasty artisanal hams, or locally produced farmer's salami. Additionally, it is possible to request freshly milked goat milk from young Paolo, the owner's son, who recently opened a goat farm.

The structure is located 1 km from the town of Boves, a small municipality in the province of Cuneo, surrounded by greenery.

It is 6 km from the capital city of Cuneo, easily accessible by public transportation. The nearest airport is Levaldigi, 25 km away.

For the winter season, you will find the Mondolè Ski area with the slopes of Artesina, Prato Nevoso, and Frabosa, 25 km away. The Riserva Bianca area with the slopes of Limone Piemonte is also at the same distance.

During the summer season, there are remarkable itineraries in various valleys with mountain biking routes and trekking walks. The Gesso, Stura, Maira, and Varaita valleys are easily reachable.

There are also several religious destinations with different Marian sanctuaries.

The rooms are very well-kept and clean, the breakfast is rich with excellent quality products. Iulia and her husband are very attentive to the needs of their guests, kind and helpful but very discreet. I stayed alone, but thanks to them, I didn't feel lonely! And, additional value, Pica their dog, is a fluffy cloud of fur and cuddles (but very polite)! Thank you for the hospitality.

Bed and Breakfast to recommend, the owner is very welcoming, provides excellent advice for visits and meals. The breakfast is very plentiful. The bedding is of excellent quality, the place is very relaxing. The landscape is beautiful with the white mountains in the background. The castles are magnificent.
