The B&B Gli Eremiti, located in the hamlet of San Giuseppe di Casto, is named after the homonymous little church situated in the woods just a few minutes from the village.
Biella is located 8 km away, while Andorno Micca is only 2 km away, where you can find a pharmacy, supermarket, hardware store, bank, bars, and restaurants.
San Giuseppe di Casto is situated at the foot of Mount Casto, at an altitude of 669 meters above sea level.
The geographical location is one of the most charming in the Biella area, where you can relax by walking or mountain biking along wonderful green paths. With a bit of luck, you may even encounter deer and roe deer.
The Biellese Alps and the nearby Monte Bianco, Cervino, and Monte Rosa offer the opportunity to engage in sports activities such as trekking, skiing, mountaineering, rock climbing, and ice climbing.

The structure is perfect for those looking for a quiet place. Everything was clean, the breakfast was plentiful with homemade cakes, and Claudia was always present and super kind. Stayed for the National Alpini Gathering in Biella, booked in November 2023. Ms. Claudia kept the same price. This is a positive sign of an honest professional ethic. She was present with her kindness and friendliness, always available in case of need. Good breakfast integrated with homemade pastries. What can I say, I would return in a heartbeat, I highly recommend it.

The hosts were very friendly and made us feel at home right away. We had some car problems and they helped us out immediately. Their befriended car technician put time and effort in and made sure we could continue our short holiday. The place is in a great location near culture and nature. Recommended to book directly if you love tranquillity, nature, culture and very friendly hosts.

The apartment is very nice, in a rustic style, with a terrace and private parking. The owner Claudia is very attentive and caring and prepares delicious pastries for breakfast, accompanied by yogurt produced on the farm just steps away, where you can also buy dairy products. We had a great time, in the cool, away from the heat of the plain and in the tranquility of this small village. From the village, you have access to numerous excursions and bike rides. We plan to return soon.

My wife and I stayed for three nights in this property, what can I say: wonderful. From the bedroom to the dining area and the amenities, everything was clean. Great location, we visited nearby places all wonderful. We saw Lake Orta: fantastic. A big thank you to Claudia for her kindness, availability. A special thank you for the breakfasts she made for us. This bed and breakfast was truly a pleasant discovery. Immersed in a corner of peace and tranquility, with every kind of comfort and a truly exquisite welcome from Mrs. Claudia. The cleanliness is truly exceptional, not to mention the delicious sweets prepared by Claudia for breakfast. It's a pity we only spent one night, but we will definitely come back!

I stayed with great pleasure at B&B Gli Eremiti. Nestled in the silence and greenery of the Biellese mountains, but just a short distance from the city of Biella, I found this exclusive rustic-style apartment. It consists of two rooms, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen (where you can also prepare a meal independently), and a large living room, private parking space, television, and excellent free wifi connection. Outside, there is a large terrace that overlooks the mountains. It is equipped with a parasol, table with chairs, deck chair, and even a barbecue. In the evening, you can only appreciate the silence and the abundance of stars that light up the sky. The cleanliness is excellent, but the spectacular thing is the breakfast. Huge, well-prepared, and based on genuine products, especially the small cakes that Claudia prepares personally every day. Claudia and her family are kind, helpful, and very discreet. What else to say if not that I would go back immediately if I could and if the idea is to spend some time away from city traffic. Gli Eremiti is definitely the right place. We stayed one night in this lovely B&B, we had a small apartment with all the comforts available, the homemade breakfast is delicious, the welcome is fantastic, too bad our stay was short and the weather was so-so, but the village is beautiful! Especially for us who love the mountains! If there is a chance, we will gladly return in the summer.

Upon our arrival, we found a unique welcome in manners and kindness, the environment very comfortable and very clean, the hosts have taken care of every detail, from the chocolates left on the towels, to the fridge with self-produced products. Perhaps the only downside (for those who cannot do without it) is the phone signal that doesn't work, but still acceptable because it is replaced by a Wi-Fi connection. Definitely recommendable.

We found it almost by chance. The owners of the B&B Gli Eremiti are a young couple with beautiful children. Always available both during the booking, and during the short stay. It's not just a room as you also have a kitchen and a bathroom at your disposal (a true accommodation). Upon our arrival, the room was ready, finely prepared (the chocolates on the bed did not go unnoticed) and the table set for breakfast with homemade muffins. I recommend it to those couples/families who want, even just for a weekend, to disconnect from the world and everything. A plus point is that cell phones don't get reception!
