B&B Castelvecchio is an elegant Bed&Breakfast in the heart of Piedmont. It is situated at Ferrere, a little village in the low Monferrato area.

Its name derives from Castelvecchio, a medieval building close to the property, which has been recently restored and transformed in the town hall of Ferrere.

B&B Castelvecchio is located in a strategical position and offers comfortable rooms, a swimming-pool and a garden with an enchanting view of the Triversa valley. Today, B&B Castelvecchio has been lovingly restored and welcomes guests who wish to share the feeling of well-being that this special place conveys.

The comfortable rooms offer an enchanting view on the soft hills of the Triversa Valley and on the surrounding villages.

The so unique and researched style of our accommodation succeeds in giving each room a relaxing and poetic atmosphere.

Provided with all comforts (television, direct telephone, free minibar, hairdryer, illimited Internet access, free wifi), the guest rooms are all different one from each other, and each one with independent bathroom and entrance.

Our guests can relax in the silence of the surrounding country, by walking through hazel-nuts wood belonging to the property, or riding a bicycle in the neighborhood. Guests can enjoy moments of pure relaxation in our external swimming pool, located in a strategical position on our property that offers a wonderful panoramic view. The pool area is also the ideal location for reading a book or drinking a nice glass of fine local wine.

A completely free and no limit wi-fi access is available in the whole area.

Area hills

Ferrere belongs to the touristic area named Gradoni del Pianalto and it represents the preferred access gate from the Colline dei Fiumi. The route towards Cisterna is rich in impressive views as well as the way leading from the high village to the San Rocco Chapel. There are also other very interesting routes from Ferrere to Cantarana.
For wine lovers there is a wide range of choices; in fact in the surroundings there are the best Piedmont vineyards, world renowned for their excellent red wines, produced on the hills of the Monferrato region.
