Description

B&b Cascina Grattinera is a recently renovated typical Piedmontese farmhouse, located in a quiet area surrounded by oak and chestnut woods.

It has parking, a large garden with a table and benches set under a beautiful pergola, and a seasonal swimming pool with solarium area.

The two double bedrooms, furnished in a simple, romantic style, both have a private bathroom, towels, hairdryer and courtesy set.

It is located in the Alta Langa just 5 minutes from the beautiful lavender fields of Sale San Giovanni, a few kilometres from wonderful villages, and just 30 minutes by car from the sea of the Ligurian Riviera.

The location is perfect for business trips, small relaxing breaks as well as romantic weekend.

Our breakfast room is fully at your disposal and is equipped with a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a kettle for water and one for milk, as well as a microwave.

When you wake up, you will find a sweet buffet with homemade jams, milk, yogurt, various teas and herbal teas, orange juice, fresh fruit, biscuits, cereals and delicious cakes.

In addition, a platter of cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by fresh bread will be served. All in a relaxing and familiar environment.

We were very well received by Roberta. She cooked delicious dishes for us. The B&B is very neat, clean and well kept, and the bed is comfortable. The location is somewhat secluded if you are on a bicycle like we were. We would gladly come back.

The structure is very beautiful and clean with a stunning panoramic view. Roberta and her husband are two very kind and helpful people for any needs. A special mention for the breakfast with homemade cakes and jams, and attention to intolerances. We will come back!

Debora Cappai is an excellent host and has furnished the internal spaces with taste and care. The room has a private bathroom, is quite spacious, and has everything it needs besides being very cute. The breakfast is quite varied between sweet and savory. The center of Sale Langhe is about 3.5 km away. The structure is surrounded by the greenery of the adjacent woods and also has organized outdoor spaces. A place recommended for those who want to relax and escape the city chaos.

This place is a gem. The highlights: fantastic mattress, spacious room with balcony, fully equipped kitchen to be shared with other guests (but, since there are only two rooms in this B&B, this is almost private) and a spectacular view. Very pleasant hosts as well.

The place is beautiful and very peaceful. Roberta and Ugo, with dogs and cats, were very welcoming and fulfilled every request, such as a vegan breakfast with a specially made cake. A good choice if you are looking for a place to rest your mind and if you want to ride a bike or motorcycle, away from the metropolis. I highly recommend it. We used it to break up the bike trip to the sea in two; but there is so much to see in the area, like the blooming of lavender in Sale San Giovanni, medicinal herbs, and all the bike paths. A little place to come back to.

We spent three magnificent days in Alta Langa, among the wonderful lavender and helichrysum fields and the beautiful villages in the area. This short vacation was made even more enjoyable and relaxing thanks to the excellent accommodation at Roberta and Ugo's house, and their exquisite hospitality. We will be back.

I stayed 2 nights at the B&B Cascina Grattinera and I had a really great time! It is a beautiful B&B with brand new rooms (opened last year), clean, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The B&B is run by two wonderful people, Roberta and Ugo, who make the guest feel at ease and are always available for anything. Excellent breakfast, very abundant and varied, and the area is beautiful, surrounded by woods and wild nature. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for hosting me in your oasis of peace.

We decided to spend an autumn weekend in the Langhe, away from our work commitments, to enjoy once again these beautiful landscapes with our dogs. We found this B&B at a great price, a renovated farmhouse in the middle of the woods! Ideal when looking to disconnect from daily life.
