Description
Our B&B is located within the city of Cuneo in Via Medaglie d'Oro n. 27. The B & B, in the immediate vicinity of the exit for the center of Cuneo from the East-West bypass that crosses the city. Therefore it is very easy to reach.
The Santa Croce Civil Hospital and the train station can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
The B&B has two large double rooms (double or single beds), a spacious common bathroom, breakfast room, kitchen, laundry and balcony. Ideal as a base for tourism in the beautiful mountain valleys that surround Cuneo, for food and wine tours in the wine area of ??the Langhe for business trips or conferences.
During the summer it is possible to enjoy the garden inside the house for pleasant moments of relaxation.
During the winter season from the B&B ANNI'20 you can easily reach the nearby ski resorts or valleys that offer magnificent ski mountaineering or snowshoeing.
For cycling lovers, the city of Cuneo, where every year the Gran Fondo Fausto Coppi takes place, is an ideal support point for mountain routes in the direction of the Alpine hills or for easier cross-country routes suitable for families with children.
The area where the B&B is located is particularly quiet, with several free parking lots in the street below and a few dozen meters away is a restaurant, a pizzeria, a tobacconist's bar and a bicycle sales / repair point.
Right in front of the B&B there is the city bus stop.
The structure also has a room, inside the closed private courtyard, for eventual storage of equipment / motorcycles / bikes / skis, during the stay. WI-FI free in all rooms.

I was welcomed by Daniela and her husband with immense kindness in a beautiful accommodation full of stories, equipped with everything that can be useful for a pleasant stay. Clean, well-kept, spacious structure in a perfect location on a very quiet and tranquil street. Renovated bathroom, microwave, kettle, and also the possibility to use the kitchen (induction hob). I will definitely return when I find myself in Cuneo again for more days. Thank you!

Highly recommended structure, very well maintained, hosts were immediately very welcoming and available. Convenient location and easy to find. In a short time you can reach the splendid Viale degli Angeli for beautiful and peaceful walks. We will definitely return.

I was in Cuneo for some mountain biking trips and I found the ideal structure both to reach the various valleys and to have a coffee in the evening in the city center while walking. Excellent facility with all services including wifi, clean and welcoming. I greatly appreciated the kindness and availability of the owners Daniela and Alberto, the latter, by chance, being a long-distance cyclist, gave me excellent directions. Highly recommended also because the facility is located on a fairly quiet street in the evening, since I have light sleep.

We spent one night at the B&B Anni '20 and discovered a place where we will be happy to return. In the apartment, from the moment of arrival, you have the feeling of being at home. The welcome from Mrs. Daniela is affectionate and enveloping like that of a friend you haven't seen in a long time. The accommodation is well-kept, clean, tastefully furnished and there is a truly antique atmosphere that is not oppressive. The area is quiet, yet close to the city center, the parking is very convenient. We will definitely come back!

Great week in Piedmont, the city of Cuneo is magnificent. The B&B Anni '20 is ideally located, close to the city center on foot and very quiet, tastefully renovated and above all with owners always available and very friendly. BRAVO to Daniela and Alberto for their welcome and honestly I recommend this establishment.

I stayed at the B&B Anni '20 twice: both times I was welcomed like one of the family, between chats, laughter, and excellent advice. The owners are kind and welcoming, caring to offer the best to their guests. Besides a genuinely hospitable atmosphere, the structure is a little gem: the decor is in pure 1920s style, a real dive into the past, without giving up modern comforts. A generous breakfast and constant cleanliness of the various areas suggest how much care the owners have for their guests. The well-kept garden at the back offers an additional place to relax within the structure, a place from which in the evening you can admire a postcard-like starry sky. Due to its location, from the B&B you can walk to every place of interest in Cuneo. After staying for work reasons in different places in Cuneo, I can say with certainty that this B&B is now my absolute first choice. Recommended.
