In the farm, blueberries are cultivated without the use of chemicals to preserve the environment, as well as aromatic plants that are later used in the kitchen to accompany game dishes. The farmhouse contributes to environmental conservation through the use of an 18 Kw photovoltaic system, solar thermal energy, and rainwater collection.
