My name is Ezio and, together with my wife Cristina, we are the new managers of AliseA Eco Residence.
AliseA was born from the dream and dedication of Sandra and Matteo, who for twenty years transformed their house on the hill into a unique place, capable of welcoming hundreds of guests and making them feel at home.
Their Langa stone tower, overlooking the 'rocchè (canyons) of Pocapaglia, has been the beating heart of a warm welcome, stories and genuine passion for the area.
Sandra had a natural gift for attention to detail and the day-to-day management of the property; Matteo knew how to win everyone over with his friendliness, his stories and his ability to create a familiar and almost magical atmosphere.
We are grateful to them: they laid the foundations for what AliseA represents today, and we are taking up their mantle with respect and responsibility.
We have been friends with Sandra and Matteo for many years, which makes the task of continuing their project with the same sensitivity and spirit even more precious to us.
Cristina and I come from different but complementary backgrounds.
I have extensive experience in management, hospitality and customer service; I love organising, taking care of guests and building sustainable projects.
Cristina brings with her hotel experience, sensitivity, balance, attention to detail and a natural ability to make others feel welcome and at ease.
Together we share a love for these hills and a desire to convey to our guests the same feelings of peace, beauty and freedom that we experienced when we first arrived here.

We stayed in the suite for two nights between November 1 and November 3. It was very welcoming and clean, equipped with everything necessary. The managers were available and attentive to our needs. We did not have breakfast at the facility. Overall, we found the quality-price ratio to be very good. Convenient parking. The location is not bad either, about 20 minutes from Alba.

The AliseA structure is really nice, cozy, and scenic. If you really have to find a flaw, it's in an isolated street and a car is needed for everything. Excellent value for money. Very welcoming managers.

Grazie Fabio. Per fortuna, dopo 15 anni il Comune ha asfaltato la pubblica strada che conduce da noi, così i 150 metri di stradina sono diventati più agevoli. Per il suo lavoro, ovviamente ha avuto bisogno dell'auto. La fermata del bus urbano, comunque è proprio al fondo della stradina.

Beautiful location, truly nice, modern, and spacious structure. The rating is definitely high. I give it a 9 instead of a 10 only because for me the bed was a bit short, but the rating is extremely positive. It will definitely be my reference place for trips in the area.
