Spacious bathrooms with window and shower, toiletries, towels.

The rooms are completely independent from each other and furnished in a simple style. Since 2020, we have air conditioning in both rooms.

Buffet breakfast is included, iron and ironing board are available upon request, and there is on-site parking. Leashed pets are allowed, and one room is equipped for disabled guests. Wifi is available upon request.

Buffet breakfast included in the price. Hot drinks: tea, regular and decaf coffee, herbal teas, milk, soy milk, instant barley, cappuccino. Coffee machine available, toaster, kettle, and microwave, and if needed, a bottle warmer for the little ones.

You will also find: bread, toast, rice cakes, jam and Nutella, fruit and fruit juice, cake and/or croissants, biscuits.

If you have any intolerances, just ask and we will make some changes. I know what it means not being able to eat everything!
If, on the other hand, you are fans of a savory breakfast, please let us know when you book and we will try to accommodate you.

Hospitality is part of who I am.

My inclination for interacting with the public has driven me to open this Bed and Breakfast, in order to showcase these beautiful areas. We are simple people, nature lovers, and flower enthusiasts.

Here, there is peace, a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a weekend and only listen to the buzzing of bees and the singing of birds.

Children are warmly welcomed and can enjoy a large garden to run around in.

We are always available for anything you may need, and my father is a well-informed expert of the area, ready to provide advice to everyone.

And if you want me to tell you some interesting stories about the Truffle Fair, medieval costumes, just ask me, I know a lot about these things!
And I also know a lot about flags, as I was a flag bearer for 23 years!

Anna welcomed us to her B&B with a smile, kindness, and availability. We found a clean, quiet, spacious room and upon waking up, a plentiful breakfast where nothing was missing, including a very delicious apple pie. It was our first time in Piedmont and we are sure we will return soon... Well, right, Anna, we found one of the Giant Benches you told us about!

Fantastic place. Exceptional location. Elena and her family are really kind and helpful. Breakfast is really great. Very spacious room with comfortable beds (you sleep really well). Structure 6 km from Alba in a strategic position to visit the countless Villages of the Langhe. Very nice room, excellent breakfast. The owner, Elena, is very helpful and friendly.

5 minutes from the center of Alba, super cute and well-kept bed and breakfast in every detail, very clean and equipped with every comfort. The owner is a very kind, friendly, helpful, and very polite person. She prepared excellent muffins for breakfast, in addition to the buffet set up. A place to enjoy the peace of mind away from the city chaos. Excellent! I recommend it.

Splendid welcome and cordiality of the manager. The breakfast is fantastic, made with local products, the best apple pie I've ever eaten! The garden is very beautiful and the bed offers optimal rest, experience to be repeated!

My family and I had a great time. We were welcomed by Elena, the owner, a truly helpful person who satisfied all our requests. The room was cozy and very clean, very close to the center of Alba (5 minutes by car), in a very quiet place surrounded by hills. The available kitchen provides a rich breakfast with every delicacy, especially homemade sweets. Although short, it was a top vacation. If there are other opportunities, we will definitely come back.

My partner and I, being parents of a newborn, were looking for a quiet place but at the same time close to the center of Alba. At Al Ben... Servito we found everything we needed: a familiar, welcoming place surrounded by greenery. For the baby, the manager of the establishment provided us with both a high chair for breakfast and a cot for the night. We plan to return.

Everything seemed perfect except for the fact... that I only had two days available to visit Al Ben... Servito and the beautiful hilly area. Thanks especially to the great courtesy and great sympathy of the owner Elena, who offers a great breakfast, including a very good cake prepared by her, in a beautiful kitchen/dining room. The whole structure is beautiful, the room that hosted me colorful and welcoming, the outdoor spaces full of curiosities linked to the past of the structure itself. I was also able to enjoy the purring of the cat Milly but above all, given the breakdown of my car battery at the time of departure, the prompt assistance of the owners and then an auto electrician to leave without problems. Excellent!

I appreciated the welcome of the manager of this structure, in a feminine version, of exquisite availability and kindness, such that the caring welcome makes the guest feel at ease. The structure, a very pleasant small house, with two spacious rooms with independent entrance and a pleasant dining-kitchen area, overlooking the garden area, is ideal for people who love to stay in a serene place, a rare thing, despite being central to the town. I spent 3 nights at Al Ben... Servito, in the first weekend of October 2020, on the occasion of a seminar in the area... it was fortunate to have met it.

A very beautiful and very quiet place to have a vacation.\n\nWe stayed at this B&B for 11 days and we liked it very much. Elena and her family are very kind, it was a nice stay. We saw many beautiful places, interesting cities, old villages, castles, the beautiful landscape of Langhe and Roero, the mountains, and we always ate and drank very well. We had a nice room and a terrace in front of the room, where we could sit many evenings.\n\nUnfortunately, some days the weather was very bad, but still the vacation was wonderful. Thanks to the B&B Al Ben... Servito for this stay. Recommended!

It was a pleasant surprise! We were in the area for a wedding and stayed for just one night. Right from the start, the manager was very helpful in waiting for us for the check-in despite our delay, even waiting for us at the gate upon our arrival. We were welcomed in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere that immediately made us feel at ease. Guided to the room, spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, we spent a quiet night in total silence. In the morning, there was a small inconvenience, but just the time to have breakfast and the manager had resolved everything, even offering us a discount given the small issue, for me another positive note about the property. Surely, if I happen to return to those areas, I already know where to stay.

Stayed one night with friends for a wedding invitation in the area. Very pleasant surprise. The B&B is in a strategic location for visits and excursions. I stayed at Al Ben... Servito for the April 25th long weekend. Mrs. Elena is a fantastic person, friendly with guests and always available! The facility is equipped for disabled people and is completely on the ground floor, also convenient for carrying luggage. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, the parking is convenient. We will definitely come back, highly recommended!

Today concludes my week of stay (it's the first time I'm a guest at this Bed and Breakfast and I'm sure it won't be the last). Here I found a warm welcome, a nice and well-kept environment in every detail, so, referring to my job as an elementary school teacher, the grade can only be 10 and praise!

Piobesi d'Alba was a stop on our bike tour in Langhe and Roero, the B&B is located in the center of the village and has been completely renovated, surrounded by greenery.\n\nFamily welcome, attention to details, a sunny, warm and clean room (also accessible to disabled guests). My boyfriend and I stayed (only one night, unfortunately) for the Alba truffle fair. New, well-kept, quiet, very clean and welcoming place, surrounded by greenery but in a great location because it's very close to the city. The structure is surrounded by greenery, quiet, clean and pretty. The hospitality and kindness are perfect. The breakfast includes homemade cakes and artisanal honey. It is also in a good position to visit the surrounding villages. Thank you again Tiziana.

My partner and I stayed one night at the facility on the occasion of the international truffle exhibition in Alba. The managers are very kind and the cleanliness is outstanding. The only downside is the room for disabled people, which I personally do not like as the toilets are very high and the shower has no doors or curtains. It might be better to ask beforehand if it is possible to choose. The breakfast is very simple, but relaxation is guaranteed. Recommended.

The environment is very comfortable, clean and quiet. The owners are really capable and open to the needs of the guests. It is a pity that it was only a weekend, but on other probable occasions we will stay a few more days.

I received the hairband by post. We had forgotten it and we had not realized it yet. It may seem like a trivial matter, but it is not: it encapsulates the essence of Elena's management policy, the owner, namely kindness, courtesy, and extreme attention to the guest. I had a great time. Elena and her family are exquisite, the rooms are beautiful and welcoming, there is a lot of tranquility, and the cost of all this is absolutely low. Moreover, children under 15 do not pay anything and I, who was traveling alone with my thirteen-year-old daughter, found myself spending as if for a single room. It had never happened to me! I would definitely return.

We were guests at the B&B for a weekend. The two rooms are new, very clean, and functional. The breakfast is good and plentiful. The owners are always available, yet discreet. Excellent accommodation, quiet environment but at the same time warm and family-friendly. Attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness.
