A few steps from the center of Chiusa di Pesio our farmhouse, the Coc Ner will allow you to spend a pleasant stay in the tranquility of nature and the countryside. The property has two wooden mini chalets with a double bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. All rooms are equipped with TV, wirless internet connection and bathroom with shower and are completely independent, there is also a large parking lot in front of the rooms available to our customers. At our facility you can rent E-bikes with pedal assistance for outings and excursions in our natural park, with the possibility of a tour guide and take single or couple lessons on horseback with a qualified instructor.

I am sorry because the couple is young and does not deserve this review. I explain: we arrive on January 3rd, the weather is cold, the rooms are freezing. To restart the radiators, I bleed the air out of the pipes. They start, but returning in the evening after dinner, and throughout the night, the radiators remain off. I can give more than sufficient to dinner, but the sinks and radiators need to be reviewed.

Good morning, we had a great time. The structure is very pleasant, everyone is welcoming and friendly. It was a bit like finding a dimension of serenity and tranquility. We ate very, very well. For dinner, everything was delicious and abundant with the possibility of choosing from several options for first courses, second courses, and desserts. The breakfast was abundant, everything was very good. If we could express an additional desire, since the products are typical and of excellent quality and home-made, having some savory options at breakfast would be the best, but only because everything is so good that if one could really express a wish, it would be just this. We highly recommend everyone to treat themselves to a stay here.

Farmhouse managed by a young couple, Irina and Mattia, very helpful and friendly. Excellent cuisine with products from the farmhouse or the area. Abundant breakfast. Very well-kept dining area and warm and sunny atmosphere. Beautiful outside with horses, cows, rabbits, and chickens plus a few sheep and goats. Enjoyable for groups and families. All in a quiet rural environment. Excellent cheeses produced by Mattia, yogurt, honey, and sweets from the super pastry chef, Irina's mother. The "rooms" part: we stayed in one of the 2 small wooden chalets, well-furnished and clean, which they told us are being further improved. We had a great time. Well done! Good proposal also in terms of value for money. Varied menu at the restaurant, excellent and abundant.

Our stay was very pleasant. I managed to take a short vacation, just as we wanted. Charming place, with several well-cared-for animals. The accommodation assigned to us met our liking. Comfortable beds, good service, and excellent food. The managers were really friendly and attentive to us. I have nothing to complain about, I highly recommend this structure for those who love agritourism immersed in nature. Relaxation and silence were much appreciated. We will definitely come back because we found ourselves not well, very well. They are also open on Sundays for lunch with set menu and à la carte, excellent both in terms of price and dishes, with genuine products such as cheeses, jams, butter, white yogurt of their production. Seeing is believing.

Everything very positive, it is very easy to get there, the place then turns out to be excellently secluded, in a beautiful context of the Cuneo hills. Sadly, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast as we were leaving too early in the morning!

A small corner of paradise, with the company of animals of all kinds (cows, sheep, goats, rabbits, chickens, horses). Nearby, the possibility of beautiful walks in the mountains or in medieval towns. Excellent dinner, plentiful and at a truly honest price. We can't wait to come back.

We arrived at this farm stay for the hot air balloons weekend in Mondovì. We immediately felt good, the farm stay is welcoming, the hosts very friendly and helpful, and our daughter went crazy with all the animals she could see and get to know. The rooms are basic, but have everything you need.

The structure and the reception of the 'Agriturismo Coc Ner' are very good. We stayed in two very characteristic wooden houses, but not very functional due to the lack of a wardrobe or chest of drawers to place or hang clothes and a bathroom without a door. However, with the spirit of adaptation, we found ourselves well. Fantastic breakfast and very helpful staff.

Excellent structure, immersed in nature, lots of animals! For those who want to experience farm life firsthand. Waking up in the morning to find the little rabbits in front of the lodge and then goats, cows, chickens, horses (for those interested in American style lessons) and many adorable dogs all roaming freely! Family-run, the owners are kind and affable, excellent homemade cuisine. It's a bit off the beaten path but if you have a car, you can visit the surrounding valleys that offer great nature trails. Experience to be repeated and recommended.

The structure is very cozy, surrounded by nature and farm animals. The food is excellent and genuine. The cottages are soundproofed even though they are close to the restaurant. The bathrooms do not have a bidet. An ideal place for families with children who love animals, all very sociable and cuddly. Possibility to rent e-bikes.

Apart from the restaurant, the accommodation (if it can be called that) where we had to spend 3 nights is a collection of roughly assembled tables and planks. It's what we call a shack with cockroaches, spiders, etc. Toilet facilities squeezed into a corner without any ventilation.

We came as a family with my husband and my two children of 2 years and 5 months. We chose this place for the older one, because we knew that being immersed in nature and with animals would please him a lot. It turned out to be true, for the children it is a fabulous place, with animals roaming free, it was even possible to take a little horse ride at just 2 years old! We also really liked the place, the hosts are very kind and attentive, the location is very beautiful, with all the Alps around. The food quality is excellent. We will definitely come back! At the beginning of September, my husband and I stayed with our two children at this countryside farmhouse, where there are many animals: cows, goats, horses, rabbits, and chickens. The children have the freedom to play in front of the room and there is no danger. Our room was very clean, the only slightly annoying thing is the smell of mold and the bunk bed mattresses are a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with milk and cheeses produced by them! Excellent! The hospitality is fabulous, simple and helpful, everything you need to feel comfortable. As we are in the countryside, there is a lot of silence, rest is assured.

I booked the Primula apartment and the photos on the website do not match the actual apartment. Furthermore, the apartment is particularly dark and smelly, with the fridge door broken, indicating it had not been used for a long time and the manager had not prepared it for guests. In practice, the apartment was uninhabitable, forcing us to look for alternative accommodation. Despite our complaints, the manager charged us a cancellation fee. Legally correct, but ethically wrong. Terrible experience (the first in many years of online bookings!) and I strongly advise B&B to remove it from their website.
