Situated on the first floor, the apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern amenities, including a dishwasher, air conditioning, and both indoor and outdoor kitchens that overlook a lovely terrace of about 80 square meters. The accommodation features a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, accommodating a total of 4 guests. The living room also includes an umbrella, a deck chair, and a sunbed at the beach establishment across from the property. Upon request, a closed garage on the ground floor is available for an additional fee of €80 per week.
