Description

We welcome you to our home inaugurated this year. We have tried to create in our two-room apartment an environment where you can feel not as guests, but as if you were at home.

Located on the first floor (with elevator) of a building, the apartment has been completely renovated and tastefully designed. The elegance of the details and the touch of the interior colors make the rooms relaxing and comfortable.

The particular location in a quiet area of ??the city that provides services, is optimal for those who decide to arrive by train, given the proximity to the train station and the city center.

Our guests can take advantage of rooms with different options for the bathroom (inside and outside or exclusive), linens and quality porcelain, free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning and heating independently adjustable, free return and parking nearby.

The breakfast buffet is served from 8: 30 am to 10 am in a room with a kettle, coffee machine and a mini-bar for guests.

The cleaning service and accommodation will be done every day.

Your liking will be our greatest joy.

We had a wonderful stay at Filomena's apartment! Clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location to explore the city. Filomena was the best host we could wish for, always available and welcoming. Highly recommended! We stayed to take the ferry to Tremiti the next day, and Filomena even escorted us to the parking lot and helped us get the tickets! We will definitely come back! For a weekend a month, welcomed in a neat, well-kept environment of excellent taste and managed with class and style, we are guests of this structure. The warmth and kind hospitality of the lady, her close and never intrusive presence, the welcoming, warm, clean and comfortable environments make one perceive her sincere desire to make the guests feel good. We were welcomed as a family by the fantastic Filomena, a very generous person with whom it is pleasant to converse. In a very short time, crossing an underpass, you reach the center enjoying great tranquility. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable, the linens are of excellent quality. What can I say, the whole environment is new, very clean, and tastefully furnished. We also found fresh flowers on the bedside tables and in the bathroom. Maximum availability and courtesy, we were even driven by car to the port to embark. For breakfast, we ate fresh croissants, delicious and coffee, we didn't have anything else to avoid possible seasickness, and for this reason, it wasn't even charged. Great hospitality and friendliness, in a newly renovated facility with all the comforts and beautiful furnishings; surprising details. It is not in the cheapest range, but the quality more than compensates for the average cost (there is no comparison). Family-like and attentive personality, available to needs (the lady "cares": she couldn't resign herself to skipping breakfast, even though it wasn't expected). We were extremely happy with the need for only overnight stay, for the tranquility of the building (the palace and the neighborhood should not deceive) and for the still strategic location (you can walk all around Termoli). Thank you.

We stopped at this Bed and Breakfast to break our journey towards Salento. Mrs. Filomena was delightful and full of attentions for my wife who is expecting a baby. The structure is brand new, carefully furnished and quiet, a 10-minute walk from the center. Also very convenient to reach the port from which ferries depart for Tremiti, where Mrs. Filomena accompanied us and came to pick us up. We recommend it, we will definitely come back.

The structure is close to the station and a few minutes from the center of Termoli. It's really relaxing to stay there, especially for its location and above all for the kindness of the landlady. We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful little gem. It is located a stone's throw from the station, close to the center and the sea. Just renovated, full of flowers and colors, beautiful and very comfortable in every way. We were thrilled by the kindness and friendliness of Mrs. Filomena. Thank you very much for all the things offered and for accompanying us to Vasto. Fridge full of fruit, yogurt, drinks, etc. I highly recommend it.

One of the best things about our trip to Molise. The owner made us feel comfortable from the first to the last moment, cleanliness was top-notch, as well as the design of the B&B; everything, down to the smallest details, was perfect. The owner was attentive to everything and super kind, there are no words to thank her. PS: the pizzas were delicious, thanks again. Andrea & Valeria.. and the Vespa!

I stayed just one night at this property and I absolutely recommend it to visit the small but delightful town of Termoli. What can I say? Impeccable from every point of view. Recently renovated apartment, very nice, with two extremely clean rooms and decorated in a very cute way, with attention to detail and good taste. The highlight is definitely the kindness and care of the owner who welcomes you into the house like a dear relative or friend. Highly recommended!

Simply delicious. A praise to the owner for the attention she dedicated to us during our, albeit short, stay. We felt like family, thank you so much. Our little Alessandro was the first child guest of the property and will bring so much luck! We will definitely come back. We recommend this bed and breakfast without any hesitation. Try it to believe it.
