Villa Almelia is a refined residence that boasts all the services and comforts, with ample outdoor spaces (garden, patio, terrace, portico, parking, and access driveway) and tastefully furnished interiors.
The common areas, located on different levels from the bedrooms, allow guests to have rest and privacy. In the afternoon, it is pleasant to enjoy tea or excellent cold coffee with whipped cream, comfortably sitting in an armchair or in the shade of the porch, and to organize a pleasant game of burraco, scala, or chess.
An elegant staircase leads to the terrace, furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas for sunbathing.

Villa Almelia is situated in the green countryside of Molise and is very close to the center of Vinchiaturo (800 meters), a picturesque village with a lovely old town to visit and a lively weekly market. In the immediate vicinity of the structure, there is also an equestrian center and an artificial lake with sports fishing events.
The facility is easily accessible by car (SS17) or by public transport (bus and train - stops at Vinchiaturo FS station for trains from Naples and Rome).
Villa Almelia is also particularly close to Campobasso, the regional capital, so it is possible to reach the train station, the bus terminal, and the hospital facilities of Cardarelli and Catholic University in 5-10 minutes by car (transport available upon request for those without a car). In Campobasso, you can also visit the Sannitic Museum, the historic center and its churches, and participate in numerous fairs and religious festivals such as Corpus Domini and the Mysteries (June).
Another tourist attraction within a short distance is the archaeological site of Altilia (Sepino) 15 km away.

A little oasis of peace. Very nice and well-kept place, with a large garden available to guests with a gazebo, table, and hammock. Large and clean room. Ignazio, the manager, very kind and courteous in providing every indication on what to visit. The only side to improve is the breakfast: lack of savory foods, fresh bread, and orange juice (only juice boxes for children). Excellent homemade pies. I love sweet breakfast, but a bit of cold cuts/cheese and fresh bread are, in my opinion, to be added.

We arrived at 13:30 but the rooms were not ready. \nMoreover, we had ordered 4 rooms all with ensuite bathroom, instead (due to a software error) two had a shared bathroom. \nPoor breakfast and overall service (the management of the discomfort caused by their bathroom error was non-existent). \nLack of professionalism.

E un peccato non scrivere la verita o dirla solo in parte: Solo due delle quattro camere non erano pronte alle 13.30, (e infatti, due, sono state occupate immediatamente. Il problema relativo alle due camere con il bagno comune, causato dal software, è stato fatto presente in maniera immediata, accettato, e compensato con uno sconto fatto dal gestore (scarsa professionalità) e non richiesto dagli ospiti. In merito alla colazione, ci sono testimoni, che hanno visto ciò che avete ordinato, al di fuori del buffet, e vi è stato servito ai tavoli. (offerto dalla scarsa professionalità) senza pagare un di più. (leggere recensioni sulla colazione) Per ultimo, le considerazioni in merito al gestore, per mia fortuna, si perdono in un mare di recensioni gratificanti, (le consiglio la lettura sui vari siti) che mi fanno amare il lavoro che faccio!! Immersa nel verde e nella quiete nonostante la vicina superstrada, la villa offre una location meravigliosa. Tutto poi condito dalla disponibilità, bravura, cortesia, simpatia del proprietario, Sig. Ignazio che, per non farsi mancare niente, è anche un eccellente cuoco. A Villa Almelia ti sei come a casa tua, coccolato e viziato.

Ho passato un fine settimana con degli amici in questo posto molto bello e con una quiete e una tranquillità che da poche parti ho trovato, poi c'è il proprietario della villa, il signor Ignazio, una bravissima persona sempre disponibile.

Stayed here for a week in September. Great location and property for exploring the Italian countryside. Ignazio is a very pationate and accomplished chef and singer, you must try his cooking at least once, you will not be disappointed. Italians are not big on breakfast, so don't expect a big fry up, home made cakes and coffee so not so bad. You will need to take your phrase book and use google interpreter, as the hosts speak very little English. Best of all, no tourists and only local Italian produce sold in the shops and restaurants, fantastic.

Consigliamo vivamente villa Almelia. Soggiorno incantevole in una struttura corrispondente alla descrizione del sito e adatta ad ogni esigenza. L'ospite molto cortese, conviviale, disponibile per ogni esigenza e al tempo stesso discreto. Colazione ottima. Torneremo per apprezzare anche la cucina.

Villa Almelia merita solo recensioni positive data la cortesia del titolare, la pulizia e qualità delle stanze, inoltre la struttura è una meravigliosa villa circondata da un'enorme giardino dove domina la tranquillità. La struttura è molto all'avanguardia e spero che il rapporto qualità prezzo rimanga sempre lo stesso perché in tal caso ci tornerò sicuramente.

Eravamo in quattro (2 coppie) e siamo stati veramente benissimo. Cordialità, disponibilità e cucina eccellente. Il signor Ignazio è veramente una persona squisita. Torneremo a trovarlo presto.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura ad agosto 2011 per una settimana, servendoci un punto d'appoggio per la notte, mentre eravamo impegnati, durante il giorno, a fare il giro dei parenti a Campobasso e ci siamo trovati talmente bene da tornare anche quest'estate in occasione di un matrimonio.
La casa è davvero bella, immersa in un grande giardino alberato, attrezzato per i momenti di relax, c'è un grande porticato dove poter giocare a carte o consumare uno spuntino, una bella terrazza solarium fornita di doccia esterna.
Le camere sobrie ed eleganti, così come i bagni esclusivi interni, ambienti molto puliti e per finire.. la grande cucina a vista, davvero bella, dove poter usufruire (con un piccolo sovrapprezzo) della mezza pensione e dove il sig. Ignazio darà il meglio di sè con piatti sfiziosi, raffinati e presentati in modo particolarmente curato.
