Umberto 15 B&B welcomes you to a beautifully renovated late 19th-century residence in the heart of the charming town of Termoli, just a stone's throw away from the train station.

Thanks to Umberto 15's strategic location, you can easily reach all the city's tourist, historical, cultural, and social attractions within minutes on foot.

The stunning beach of the North Promenade is just a 3-minute walk away, and you can also rent comfortable electric vehicles for your travels.

Our rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with every comfort (Wi-Fi, private bathroom, linens, air conditioning, cleaning service).

An Italian breakfast is offered at the bar-bakery just across the street until late morning. Plus, as guests of Umberto 15, you get a discount on rotisserie, lunch, and dinner at the same bar-bakery.

Before your arrival, we will provide you with our recommendations on how to best move around in Termoli. We highly recommend visiting the wonderful Tremiti Islands. Termoli is the closest port, and a day trip is truly ideal. You can ask for information before your arrival or while staying with us.

I have a wonderful family consisting of four children and five grandchildren. I have lived in Termoli my whole life and I am deeply in love with this city. I am a nature enthusiast and possess extensive knowledge of the local flora. I have made the decision to renovate this beautiful antique house in order to offer the opportunity to people from all around the world to experience my lovely city.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast just steps away from the sea and the center of Termoli and one minute from the train station. Top location. Breakfast included in the place right in front of the structure, very convenient and delicious. Room with spacious terrace, friendly, helpful, and kind manager. Super recommended experience, we will definitely come back.

Well-maintained facility, convenient for safely reaching both the free and equipped beach and the Old Village on foot. Excellent management, open to welcoming and meeting the guests' needs. We were accompanied by a little cat, and everything went more than well!!

The structure is located in a perfect position to reach the historic center of Termoli. It is very close to the station and numerous parking lots, although Termoli was very crowded on the days we were there. So, we had to walk a bit. The room is essential in furnishings and size. There are no bathroom products, only soap. We had a triple room with a tiny balcony that, however, served to hang swimsuits and towels. One flaw is the lack of a fridge in the room. There is a small shared refrigerator at the reception. The structure is an old renovated building with 3 rooms. Breakfast is served in a bar/snack bar in front. You can choose a coffee drink and a croissant/slice of tart, all very good. My daughter does not drink milk and we were able to get a juice at no extra cost. Also, with the coffee/cappuccino, a glass of water is provided.

Classy B&B, I would say a luxury Bed and Breakfast with an exceptional quality/price ratio; the place is renovated in a very elegant 1800s building; excellent cleanliness, welcoming and kind staff, maximum availability for every request; breakfast offered in a beautiful adjacent bar affiliated, highly recommended! We will definitely come back.

Everything perfect! A pleasant discovery! I will definitely come back! Located on the main street of the town, it offers you easy access to the beaches and in the evening you forget about the car. Super friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, you can see the quality of the recent renovation. Top marks.
