This property is strategically located, close to both the city center and the sea, yet situated in a peaceful area, a small private neighborhood where a well-stocked supermarket is just 200 meters away.
From the dining area balcony, you can also enjoy a glimpse of the sea. There is on-site private parking and the rooms are equipped with all necessary comforts; the entire apartment has recently been fully renovated.
The nearest beach is about 800 meters away and the main street of Termoli is around 950 meters, both easily accessible on foot in approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

I have to choose my words carefully to describe the B&B owner. Here: 'sunny'. Very, very kind, always available; but all this is an understatement: I would sum it up in one word: 'fantastic'. The room was new and very glamorous, tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, and the bed was truly spectacular.

We stayed with Matteo and it was a real revelation. The room was very clean. Matteo is very helpful, punctual and kind. A really great find. If we were to return to Termoli, we would definitely stay with him.
