The B&B is very close to the A 14 exit - So EXCELLENT
for those who want to break the journey to rest for a night.

It is only 1. 900 meters from the sea, and 2. 500 meters from the center
and from the port (boarding for the TREMITI Islands).

from here you can get there in just 4 minutes by car,
Agreement with LIDO OTTIMO for families,
also provides FREE umbrella, chair, cot
for those who want to go to the free beach.

Agreement with a wellness center, which is ONLY 100 meters away.

Excellent connection with the beaches on the sea - railway station - CENTER by bus every 30 minutes.

The structure, on the 2nd floor, is surrounded by greenery, in a new, quiet, peaceful and restful residential neighborhood (here at night you sleep like a log, sleeping in the center is an optional, due to the summer nightlife until 04 am.)
with parking space for the Guest, very comfortable and free, just 5 meters from the B&B, even for those who tow a trolley with a boat (in the center to find it, at each return, you would turn at least 30 minutes,
"if lucky", collecting a lot of stress and fines).

NB: taxi service is available, at reasonable prices, for those coming by train or bus, and to go to the sea or to the center
It has 4 rooms, ALL AIR-CONDITIONED and with PRIVATE bathroom, with TV, internet and free drinks and space in the fridge.

very convenient for workers who need to go to the industrial core and / or crafts
and also for families to "break" the LONG TRIP from north to south and vice versa,

I felt very comfortable. The room and the bathroom are both very spacious, clean, furnished in a simple way but with all the essentials. The parking space is very convenient and free, just a few meters away, both things that are hard to find near other accommodations, especially in the center. The manager is very versatile in culture and skills, so it is very enjoyable to listen and chat with him, he is also very friendly, cheerful, and willing to give you advice on the best in Termoli like the excellent restaurant only 100 meters away where I ate excellently at reasonable prices. Finally, I found the right place for my next trips, I always recommend listening to the manager.

I was looking for a property near the highway exit. Mr. Donato's accommodation is 2 minutes away. Clean, quiet, air-conditioned room. Wide range of towels, hairdryer, and refrigerator available to guests. Nearby there is a restaurant bar with good dinner service and excellent breakfast.

When he introduced himself, he used these words "Donato guaranteed bed place", and it's absolutely true, in fact I would add SUPER DONATO, a superhero for our adventure. We had a problem with the car in Termoli that forced us to stop for 2 nights. Browsing on Google, the first destination was the B&B Le Acacie by Donato. In the area, everyone knows him, everyone loves him for the wonderful person he is. He immediately made himself available to us, extremely helpful for anything, he even accompanied us to the ATM late at night. The rooms are super clean, quiet and very comfortable... Donato is the cornerstone of this B&B, always gives a smile to face the day, I recommend it to all those passing through here even for one night.

We stayed at B&B Le Acacie for one night because the next day we had a wedding nearby. The strength of this B&B is undoubtedly Donato, who can be described as a unique character in himself. Very caring and at times he seems to have magical powers, as soon as we exit the highway, he calls us and starts guiding us step by step to the B&B, and once we arrive he will impress you by guessing the day of the week you were born. The B&B has ample parking space and is located in a very quiet area of the city, in a strategic position from which it is easy to reach the center of Termoli or any other nearby city. We got room A, a double room, quite spacious, very tidy, and had everything we needed, and more: air conditioning, TV, multiple sockets on the sides of the bed. In the bathroom, there was also liquid soap, shower gel, and shampoo in packaging, but only one surprise that I wouldn't have expected: the absence of a bidet. It was dinner time and Donato, after entertaining us with some funny jokes and anecdotes, recommends a restaurant called "La Vida" which I will review shortly and gives us advice on what to see in Termoli and where to park. Other services I would like to mention: free WiFi Fastweb, good connection speed, the possibility of using half-liter water bottles, a basic breakfast but with everything necessary to start the day: coffee, cappuccino, some fruit juice, packaged snacks, and yogurt. A good solution to visit Termoli and the surroundings.

Tranquility, silence. Away from the noises of the center, it allows you to spend moments of true relaxation, alone or in company. But what strikes is its manager, Donato! Actually, the only 9 is just so that Mr. Donato continues to "keep his guard up" because he deserves a 10 in everything. There were 4 of us staying at a secondary facility (but not second to any other) where Mrs. Patrizia (who keeps it clean and impeccable) welcomed us in a truly friendly manner as Mr. Donato would surely have done if he had availability in the main one, who literally assisted us in getting what we needed for the tour of the Tremiti Islands, avoiding us annoying queues and time losses. A truly respectful and friendly person that we remember with genuine sympathy. A place where we will gladly return. Le Acacie.

Tranquillity, silence, and efficiency characterize the B&B Le Acacie. Far from the noise of the center, it allows you to spend moments of true relaxation, alone or in company. But what strikes is its manager, Donato! A force of nature, of unique sympathy, generous, helpful, an entertainer full of anecdotes, if you desire company. A legend! The day I arrived, he acted as a tour guide showing me a good part of Termoli, indicating the restaurants where you can eat well at a reasonable price. We were in Termoli to attend the TREND OSS courses, at the B&B Le Acacie we found clean and warm rooms, very quiet (great advantage since we were there to study), a brilliant and very helpful manager who helped us a lot (for laundry, with clothesline, etc.), but above all it is convenient logistically because it is very close to the venue, in fact we went there on foot, self-service, shopping center, eurospin and various shops which allowed us to save a lot on food expenses, since we stayed there for 22 days. Finally, with the N° 4 circular that passes just 50 meters away, it was very easy to reach the center (really beautiful, too bad that due to the course we went there only a few times) even without a car.

The Bed and Breakfast Le Acacie is new. Donato, the manager, is a brilliant, dynamic and helpful person. As soon as we arrived, he took us on a tour in the city, advising us on everything: from where to eat at the right price, to how to avoid fines, to the sites to visit and providing us with many historical and touristic information. We found cleanliness, very comfortable beds, absolute silence, and very convenient parking (both are difficult to find in August in seaside cities). The beach, the center, and the port can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. The price-quality ratio is excellent. We recommend it to those looking for a clean sea and a very beautiful city to visit, as well as the splendid Tremiti Islands, and to those who want to explore many small characteristic towns in the Molise hinterland with numerous castles and churches and also make a visit to the nearby Gargano.

My husband and I had a great time finding a clean room, with really comfortable mattresses, so we slept divinely in a new and very quiet neighborhood. From 23 July to 30 July 2014. We had some concerns about staying in the semi-center but then the choice turned out to be winning because the sea and the center can be reached in a few minutes, the parking is convenient as it is a few meters away, and assigned to us so no 'crazy' moments every time we returned, we slept in complete silence and tranquility; in the B&B there is a fenced outdoor space where my two children could play in complete serenity. The room is simple but essential and spotlessly clean. The manager, Donato, was kind, caring, and helpful, but above all amazing with his physical and mental dynamism, leaving us speechless, just think that our children, whom we always had to 'force' to leave the beach, were already asking at 5 pm: can we go back to Mr. Donato. The quality/price ratio is more than excellent. We will definitely return.
