The "Terrazza sul Mare" is located in a charming place and will give you the opportunity to admire the beautiful hill leading directly to the crystal-clear waters of our sea.

In addition to the stunning view, you will have a comfortable rest in our rooms equipped with all the amenities.

All rooms have been furnished to make you spend days in complete serenity and relaxation.

Our B&B is located 3 km from the sea, where you can enjoy the splendid and almost untouched Molise coast, and have the opportunity to find a small corner of the beach just for you.

Our bed and breakfast is located on a small hill in Petacciato, surrounded by greenery, just 2 km from the sea. The town of Termoli is located 10 km away from Petacciato and offers plenty of leisure activities, entertainment and daily departures to the Tremiti Islands, a marine reserve in the Gargano National Park.

We are pleased to announce that for the upcoming season, we have opened another property called "Aquila 74", located at Via Aquila 74. This new property is fully independent and comes complete with a bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedrooms. It is situated in the town centre and offers a relaxing stay for our guests.

Bed and Breakfast located in the village of Petacciato, with a spectacular view of the sea. Abundant breakfast outdoors, with the constant company of the friendly cats, never intrusive. Spacious and clean rooms, with a terrace overlooking the panorama. The ladies who manage the property are very kind and professional. Recommended.

I recommend this property to everyone, meticulously cared for and managed by two very courteous ladies. We stayed in a room with a large terrace overlooking the garden and with a distant sea view. We traveled with a medium-sized dog, who was welcomed without any problems. The town offers bars and restaurants.

We spent a week in Molise staying at this splendid bed and breakfast in Petacciato, managed by Mrs. Rosanna and her daughter Concetta. From the day of arrival to the day of departure, we immediately noticed seriousness and professionalism. The rooms are spacious, cute, and with an enviable sea view. Every morning breakfast on the terrace with a sea view (spectacular!) always rich, from sweet to savory and in the company of Bianca, a cute little cat always ready to be pampered. After many years of traveling around Italy, for the first time we found a manager who on the day of departure gave us a gift; we had never experienced such kindness before. A thank you to Molise which gave us unforgettable moments and to the kindness and courtesy of the people from Molise.

Structure with spacious rooms and terraces with stunning sea views. In the morning the very nice owners Concetta and Rosanna prepare delicious breakfasts to start the day with energy! I would not hesitate to go back also for the beautiful, uncrowded beaches of Petacciato truly beautiful!

Villa in the green, well cared for among trees and flowers of various colors: La Terrazza sul Mare overlooking the sea, with tastefully furnished tables, every morning for breakfast, a whirl of colors of different tablecloths. We stayed for 10 days and had a great time. Our room was comparable to a small suite, located in the attic with a terrace from which to enjoy a stunning landscape: sea view, lush garden, and valley below. The entire structure, very pleasant, is fully available to guests. The wonderful garden (well-kept), rich in flowers, gives an immediate feeling of peace and relaxation. The managers are friendly, efficient, and available, ready to meet every need. They stand out for their exquisite hospitality and for making guests feel at ease, as if they were family. There is little to say. We had a great time like with friends. Excellent structure, perhaps for those who like to be near the sea it does not satisfy, but in five minutes you can reach the wide, clean beach by car, and there is also always free parking, otherwise the costs are negligible. The management is up to the service. Other managers in the area have not yet understood what B&B means in Italian. Greetings to the whole family that manages the structure.
