The B&B " COLLE SUL MARE ??" was born in 2014 in Termoli to offer guests a holiday in complete relaxation and tranquility.
All this thanks to its ideal location, because the B&B is located on a hill, just on the sea, in the countryside, where in the morning you feel a cool climate (always windy) and a breeze not to be missed.
The scenery around it is a union of peace and serenity of the countryside and a postcard view of the sea..
So, who will choose to stay with us will have the beautiful town of Termoli and the sea just a few minutes, 3 minutes to the waterfront "Cristoforo Colombo " and 5 minutes to the old town, the marina (with ferries to the islands quakes), station etc.
To underline the fact that the B&B is located in " Termoli North", a residential area away from city traffic and COMPLETELY the other side with respect to the industrial area.
Particular emphasis is given to the hygiene of our rooms (daily cleaning), and the rich breakfast can be served in the dining room or outdoors.
The property includes a large garden suitable to accommodate animals and a large parking lot completely fenced and secure (with gate), fully reserved for guests.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni nel mese di Agosto di quest'anno ed abbiamo trovato innanzitutto un amico e poi un gestore qualificato; Ascanio, insieme al fratello, gestiscono questa struttura egregiamente, sono sempre molto attenti alle esigenze dei loro ospiti ed il risultato è un B&B pulitissimo, una ricchissima colazione, tanta disponibilità e cordialità. 10 giorni di totale relax. I gestori sempre molto gentili e disponibili, Ascanio molto bravo a dare suggerimenti e consigli circa luoghi e ristoranti da frequentare, colazione ottima e abbondante, molta tranquillità per riposare, situato in collina a circa 2km dal mare. Penso un giorno di tornare.

Abbiamo passato le nostre vacanze a Termoli soggiornando in questo B&B.. ci siamo trovati benissimo. Matteo e Ascanio sono stati ottimi amici, ci siamo sentiti in famiglia. Struttura molto graziosa, camere ampie e pulite, posizione ottimale vicina (pochi Km) a Termoli, al lungo mare e agli imbarchi. Vista panoramica notevole.
Attenzione e cura degli ospiti, gentilezza e riservatezza.
Mi sono trovato davvero bene, Matteo che gestisce la struttura è davvero una persona gentile e sempre disponibile.

Ottimo B&B che offre un soggiorno in completo relax e tranquillità grazie soprattutto alla posizione, una zona residenziale lontana dal traffico cittadino ma a pochi passi dal mare, immerso nel verde, dove al mattino si avverte un clima fresco sempre ventilato e una brezza marina da non perdere. Lo scenario attorno è un unione di pace e serenità di campagna e di un panorama sul mare da cartolina. Eccellente l'igiene e la cura delle camere e della cucina che gli squisiti proprietari mettono a disposizione. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ricca anche la colazione che i proprietari (cortesi, discreti e sempre disponibili) mettono a disposizione. La struttura comprende un grande giardino adatto ad ospitare animali e un ampio parcheggio interno completamente recintato e sicuro, riservato agli ospiti. Nient altro da dire, davvero un ottimo B&B come pochi, ci siamo trovati benissimo, tant'è che ci ritorneremo appena possibile.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, abbiamo soggiornato l'08/08/2015 per una notte, i gestori sono persone stupende e anche se abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare l'indirizzo ci hanno dato prezioso supporto.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni in questo B&B. Di positivo: la struttura è nuova, provvista di impianti di aria condizionata, in posizione comoda, tranquilla ma non isolata, fresca e comunque vicina alla spiaggia; il parcheggio interno; la possibilità di usare la cucina per qualche pasto veloce; la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari, Ascanio e Matteo, sempre prodighi di consigli su spiagge, ristoranti, luoghi da visitare; le ottime torte sfornate quotidianamente dalla mamma dei 2 fratelli. Se proprio vogliamo trovare qualcosa di negativo, ed è difficile, il bagno della nostra stanza era un po' angusto, non è stato il nostro caso ma chi è molto alto, visto che il locale è mansardato, fa fatica ad entrare, soprattutto nella vasca da bagno. Un altro piccolo aspetto negativo è l'abbaiare dei cani dei vicini durante la notte, di cui I proprietari si sono scusati, anche se non è certo colpa loro. Consigliamo vivamente questo B&B a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza a Termoli.

Posto meraviglioso. La struttura è pulitissima ed i gestori, Ascanio e Matteo, sono davvero cordiali e premurosi. La posizione è ottima per chi vuole godersi qualche giorno di mare, che con un po' di cammino, 10 o 15 minuti al massimo, è raggiungibile anche a piedi. Il centro di Termoli è di comodo raggiungimento in macchina. Ideale anche per famiglia. Posto, consigliatissimo.

L'accoglienza e la simpatia di Matteo, la pulizia, la colazione varia ed abbondante, la camera bella e ben arredata, la posizione tranquilla e le spiagge nelle vicinanze... che dire, un posto dove vorrei tornare sicuramente!

Posto tranquillo, posizione panoramica, comoda la strada priva di buche anche se leggermente più lunga di quella con le buche.
Consiglio questo posto per dormire e passare la giornata al mare o alle Tremiti.
Penso di tornarvi per una settimana tra qualche anno.

Struttura molto semplice e casalinga ma comunque molto curata. I gestori sono ragazzi molto gentili, simpatici e disponibili e anche molto onesti visto che il sito mi dava un prezzo superiore a quanto mi hanno fatto pagare. Il posto è un po' fuori dal paese ma per questo molto tranquillo. Ci tornerei assolutamente.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B per due notti. La struttura è una villetta molto bella e confortevole con un ampio giardino e un grande parcheggio privato, inoltre sono rimasta colpita dal profumo dei fiori che si avverte appena si arriva.
La camera era molto pulita e profumata, ben curata.
La posizione della struttura molto comoda, leggermente fuori mano, ma con una vista spettacolare.
I gestori Matteo e Ascanio sono molto simpatici e disponibili al massimo.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo, e la colazione è molto varia ed abbondante; insomma, non riesco a trovare aspetti negativi.
Ringrazio ancora lo staff per il mio bellissimo soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!
