Our family is an ancient one from Termoli, deeply connected to the local territory and traditions, especially culinary ones.
Hospitality is our passion; hosting is always a pleasure for us since we enjoy meeting new people, learning about different cultures and traditions, and giving advice on how to enjoy our city to the fullest.
The structure is located on the second floor of a well-organized building near the train station, bus terminal, and numerous commercial activities. The "Old Town" and the sea are just a 5-10 minute walk away.
The accommodation has been recently renovated, with brand-new furnishings and elegant finishes that are pleasant to the eye. The rooms are full of personality and atmosphere, suitable for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Free outdoor parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the structure.
The facility accepts cash payments, as well as payments by POS and bank transfer in advance.

After years of staying and traveling for work and tourism in Italy and around the world, my deep "TERMOLESI ROOTS" have taken over. I returned to live in this city, magical for its sun, sea, and wind. Perhaps the wind has a soul, hence called "ánemos" by our fathers, here on the borders of Magna Graecia. Tremors, where I lived as a young person, I consider it the first Greek island and its call was also strong, the call of its diomedes and its transparent seabed. And here I am, after so much wandering, loving and wanting to show the enchanting beauties of this land of Molise.

Conveniently located property (you can walk to the city center), new, spacious, and well-kept rooms (feels like staying in a hotel), always tea, coffee, water bottles, and packaged brioches available in the hallway. Stefania is very kind.

New, modern and very clean rooms. Quiet area outside the historic center, reachable on foot in 10 minutes. Convenient to reach the port, but above all for the extraordinary kindness of the owner.
