Description

The Welchome Bed & Breakfast is located in Porto Sant'Elpidio, in a strategic position just a few meters from the sea, 2 km from the A14 motorway exit and a few kilometers from the train stations of Porto Sant'Elpidio, Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova Marche.

The house has recently been completely renovated and is equipped with every comfort. We welcome our guests in environments characterized by elegant and refined contemporary design furnishings.

We offer our customers 3 rooms (private bathrooms) and in one of these we provide the possibility to use a cozy kitchen equipped with all accessories.

This makes the Welchome Bed & Breakfast a comfortable and refined environment, an ideal place to spend a weekend by the sea, a vacation, a business trip or a relaxing weekend.

Included services:
- Overnight stay;

- Daily cleaning and tidying up (provided that the customer vacates the room by 12:00, otherwise we will take care of it the next day);
- Change of sheets and towels every 3 nights or upon request with a supplement (extra charge of €10 for sheets and €5 for towels for each change);

Porto Sant'Elpidio is kissed on one side by the sea, where the coastline stretches for 7 km, and on the other side by the beauty of the Marche hills. The promenade is characterized by a sandy and gravel beach (both equipped and free), with green areas equipped for children and a beautiful pine forest by the sea. The promenade can be walked or cycled along entirely via a pedestrian walkway and a cycle path that also connects the beaches of Porto San Giorgio and Civitanova Marche.

Porto Sant'Elpidio is strategically located to explore the most sought-after destinations in the Marche region in a short time. In fact, it is easy to reach the splendid Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, the palm riviera - San Benedetto del Tronto, the Sibillini Mountains (with numerous excursions), the Conero Riviera, Recanati and the places related to Leopardi, Loreto, Macerata, the Frasassi Caves, and the characteristic Marche hills with their villages.

Porto Sant'Elpidio, in addition to being a well-known seaside tourist destination, is also considered one of the most important centers of the "shoe district" and therefore represents the ideal location for those who love high-quality shopping at factory prices. In the immediate vicinity of the area, there are numerous outlets for footwear and clothing from top local brands (Tod's, Hogan, Fay, Loriblu, Prada, Cesare Paciotti, Nero Giardini, Santoni, Fornarina, Kickers, Formentini, and many others).

Absolutely everything is positive. The kindness of Matteo and his parents, the completely new room, really beautiful as well as well soundproofed, the location, even if it is not in the center of Sant'Elpidio, is excellent in relation to the sea and the ability to reach many other destinations. One of the best Bed and Breakfasts ever visited. Cleaning, courtesy, and very high-level attention. Very large and super-equipped rooms, carefully detailed, a very nice private outdoor space where you can park your car safely and stay outdoors, very convenient even when traveling with children. The owners are always available and ready to meet every request in the best way possible, you can see that they care a lot.

Excellent structure, very clean, equipped with internal parking, excellent welcome from the manager Matteo, ideal location to break the journey from Milan to Salento. It is located near the highway entrance, but in a peripheral area. The decent breakfast is served in a nearby bar. For dinner, there are some affiliated restaurants where you can get a small discount.

Spacious room, we comfortably stayed in 5, recently renovated, everything new, very clean. The owner extremely kind. Close to the railway, but it was not a problem for us, we slept without hearing any noise.

A perfect week. The location is great, the sea is within walking distance in a few minutes. Modern room equipped with every comfort, despite the proximity to the railway the room is well soundproofed and also the cleanliness always impeccable. Excellent breakfast at the affiliated bar. The owners are truly golden people, they made us feel at home, very kind and available for any information or courtesy request. Their welcome and kindness is definitely their strength. Highly recommended.

My girlfriend and I stayed more for work than for vacation, but we immediately felt very good, and we found maximum availability from the managers for our needs, and for all three days everything was perfect, the location is great and at the same time it is a few steps from the seafront. Furthermore, the structure was very clean and everything was impeccable. We will definitely prefer it if we were to go back there!

We stayed for one night, for the first of May. Beautiful and very comfortable room, new and very well furnished. The manager was very helpful and friendly, and there was a cute little gift for the guests. For breakfast, we went to a bar nearby, with a voucher for the consumption. Excellent value for money. We will certainly return with pleasure.
