The spacious outdoor areas, including a garden filled with palms and olive trees, a pool terrace, and a hot tub, create ideal settings for relaxation, while some rooms feature a private terrace equipped for an even more exclusive experience. The property has five bedrooms and an apartment, all air-conditioned and furnished with high-quality linens. One ground-floor room and the apartment can host up to two adults and two children aged 10 and older. One of the accommodations boasts an open bathroom with a view of the garden, adding to the charming ambiance.
Each accommodation is equipped with luxurious comforts, including a minibar, safe, coffee and tea machine, bathrobe, slippers, pool towel, a selection of pillows, organic shower gel, USB ports, and LED TV, with daily cleaning service provided. The private parking area is secure and shaded, included in the stay. Guests can enjoy the emerald green pool and a hot tub reserved for two. We offer several types of bread, whether toasted or not. Cheese, butter, homemade jam, and local honey will accompany your slices of bread.
On the savory side, you must try the excellent cheeses and cured meats from the region. If requested, we can prepare organic eggs for you.
All of this is complemented by a range of hot beverages and fresh orange juice, squeezed upon request.
Whenever possible, we will address your allergy needs.

In search of a better quality of life, the owners, Bénédicte and David, fell in love with this family home, and the beautiful hills of the Marche region of Italy.
