Recommended solution. Strategic location to reach the center of Sirolo, Numana and the Urbani and San Michele beaches. Mrs. Lucia is a precise and sunny hostess. The parking inside the structure is a significant plus.

Per quanto mi riguarda, servire le colazioni con le buffe chiacchiere di Eleonora è stato veramente spassoso.. Vi aspetto alla prossima occasione!

Abbiamo trascorso bellissimi giorni a Sirolo.
La signora Lucia ci ha coccolato.

Posizione centralissima: pochi passi e ci si ritrova nel centro di Sirolo.
La via di accesso alla spiaggia Urbani è di fronte al cancello del Bed and Breakfast.
Colazione ottima ed abbondante: si può scegliere tra dolce e salato e, nonostante non sia ammesso il buffet perché siamo ancora nel periodo di emergenza Covid, Lucia è sempre disponibile a portare ciò che si richiede.
Un plauso a Lucia che accoglie sempre gli ospiti con genuina solarità

Ottima posizione, Lucia meravigliosa nella disponibilità, gentilezza e cordialità. Villa con il suo fascino un po' datato ma comunque molto accogliente. Consiglio vivamente.

Struttura un pò datata ma conoscendone la storia ha il suo perché. Il personale, nel nostro caso la signora Lucia è efficiente, disponibile e molto gentile. La villa è fresca pur non essendo climatizzata, forse la posizione molto centrale la rende un po' rumorosa soprattutto di notte. Nel complesso un B&B di tutto rispetto.

Peccato non si possa dare più di 10 a questa esperienza. Il personale è dinamico, preciso e simpatico. La struttura davvero bella, le camere sono grandi e ben arredate, i bagni grandi e comodi. E il tutto super pulito. La colazione è stata ottima e abbondante. Vorrei tornare in questa bella villa e la consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Posto molto bello, con un grande giardino; camere ben attrezzate e molto pulite.
Accoglienza molto cordiale e disponibile. Unico neo l'utilizzo della cucina in comune. Comunque un soggiorno decisamente positivo.
