Description

Hello to all!
For 20 years now we do bed and breakfast in our house we call Nubicuculia.

We live in the Taunus, a natural terrace that overlooks the beaches of Numana and Marcelli.

We find ourselves in a "privileged" because rich green and smells of nature, nestled between the colors rigolgliosi of the campaign, the blue sea of ??the beautiful Riviera del Conero and yellow broom of our Monte Conero.

Beautiful beaches, such as those of Ancona, Portonovo Mezzavalle and just a few miles from us.

Spreader is so discover something new every day bay penetrating in the paths of Conero, renting a boat or just relax on the beaches more equipped.

Our location offers easy access to other places of historical and cultural interest such as Recanati, Loreto, Offagna; Archaeological sites such as Osimo, Ancona, Ancona and Senigallia.

Or also go towards nature trails such as the Park of the Conero or move inwards towards the Park of Gola della Rossa, the beautiful Caves Frassassi and many other places yet.

The places to visit are truly innumerable, small jewels scattered among the hills, and so, perhaps in an afternoon wandering around a bit cloudy that does not let you go to the beach, you can discover Polverigi, Arcevia, Ostra, San Vittore di Genga and others who we will be happy to recommend.

But returning to closer destinations, from our house you can reach the beaches located between Numana and Marcelli also walk with a walk of 10 minutes.

Our house is situated in a very quiet area, with a courtyard and girdinetti fenced, ideal for anyone looking to relax in a family atmosphere and small families.

Mom and Dad can indeed enjoy a rich and healthy breakfast while the children play outside in freedom and security.

We offer our guests two double bedrooms each with private entrance and private bathroom inside the room.

Each room is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, TV, ceiling fan and free wi fi.

Particular attention is paid to cleaning and the breakfast area.

The very hearty breakfast consists of only packaged products in the home, such as yogurt, cakes, jams, bread, juice and even fresh from oven.

In the summer, breakfast is served at the tables outside where our guests, if desired, can also eat takeaway meals or cold.

The check in is from 13 to 15 but if there are other needs just comunicarcele advance.

Payment is in cash upon arrival.

And 'reservations are required.

Hello to all!
I am Luke and I run this small business, then that is our home, along with Anastasia, the true "responsible" company.

I am a doc who moved to Bologna Numana because one day I fell in love with the beauty of the Marche.the smell of the sea, the countryside, with its flavors (good wine) and. Anastasia (the indigenous).

We live with our two children on a hill near the sea, in a quiet area where the silence is broken mostly by the chirping of birds.

During the winter Numana is depopulated, it is an excellent time to discover the art and traditions of the ancient villages of the Marche.

Highly recommended. I spent a pleasant week at this bed and breakfast. Managed excellently by Anastasia and Luca. Two people who know how to welcome the customer 360 degrees. The intimate setting (only two rooms, with separate entrances) was particularly appreciated. The b&b is located in a very nice residential area, just a few meters from a supermarket and close to the main beaches (we are used to walking, we never took the car except to go out for dinner in the evening). The little villa is very nice, with a beautifully curated garden where you have a table and sun loungers reserved for the room (we had the yellow one). The room is well equipped (fridge, microwave, hairdryer...). The only 'flaw' is that it is poorly ventilated, so when it's hot you may need to leave the door open (or use the ceiling fan). Breakfast is rich and based on genuine products. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, ready to offer advice when needed, yet very discreet. Definitely recommended.

We were welcomed by Mrs. Anastasia and her husband Luca at their small but very clean B&B, nothing was missing. The breakfast was abundant and very good. We used the free shuttle bus to go down to the beach and also to go out in the evening, convenient location to access everything. Thanks to Mr. Anastasia and Luca for their care.

Great facility, we were more than satisfied. We couldn't have breakfast at the B&B because the owners weren't there, but they left us a delicious homemade juice and cookies in the fridge that were out of this world. The kindness of the owners and especially of Mrs. Anna (daughter of Mrs. Anastasia) was admirable. The cleanliness of the room and especially of the bathroom is excellent. I recommend it with closed eyes because it is well connected to all destinations: Sirolo in 15 minutes, Numana in a few minutes, the sea just a stone's throw away. I would go back right away.

I stayed with my daughter for 5 days. Very welcoming and helpful family. They came to pick us up at Ancona station because we arrived by train. Very clean room and private bathroom. Breakfast, served on the outdoor table, really good and plentiful. The structure is located in a quiet area but well served by shuttles connecting the beaches and Numana.

I stayed with my husband for a couple of nights at this facility. Very warm welcome. Impeccable cleanliness and lots of patience even with me being vegan. In the bathroom, they had organic aloe soaps 😍 The breakfast is a real treat: fruit juice (the best I've ever tasted), homemade jams and cakes served in their garden, just a pity for only two days. We will come back.

Not to mention the breakfasts prepared by Anastasia, her fantastic fruit juices prepared by her have won me over: I went home and started preparing them myself, a whole different thing. We stayed at the B&B Nubicuculia for two weeks with our 11-year-old son Edoardo. For us, it was the first experience in a B&B and it was a pleasant surprise. The managers Anastasia and Luca welcomed us and made us feel like part of their family. The breakfasts were always incredibly abundant and well-prepared, with excellent homemade products by Anastasia. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom has always been thorough and impeccable. The excellent location of the structure, surrounded by the garden, allowed us to enjoy a holiday of rest and relaxation. The beaches are easily reachable both on foot and with the free bus service. But above all, we want to point out the courtesy and extreme availability of Anastasia and Luca, and the friendliness of their sons Gabriele and Giacomo who were great playmates for our son. We returned yesterday after staying at the Nubicuculia B&B with our two children aged 8 and 12. We had a wonderful time and it was our first experience in a B&B after some experiences in camping-village and in hotels. We appreciated everything: from the tranquility of the place surrounded by greenery to the beautiful spacious rooms with bathrooms on the ground floor and well-kept cleanliness. The location of the property is rated 9 only because it is not by the sea, but we appreciated the nice walk of about 10 minutes to reach the beach through fields of wheat and sunflowers, mostly shaded. We never used the shuttle bus because we did not feel the need. The "managers" were always welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating for all our needs. The breakfasts in the garden were excellent and plentiful with exquisite jams and juices made by Mrs. Anastasia. From the B&B's location, it is easy to reach the most beautiful beaches and the areas of greatest tourist interest in just a few kilometers. We enjoyed 5 days in the Conero area and if we ever return, we would not need to look for where to stay, we would return without hesitation to the Nubicuculia B&B. I stayed at Nubicuculia for the long weekend, thanks to June 2nd, with my boyfriend. We had a wonderful time, the place is ideal for a romantic getaway. The cottage is located in Taunus, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, a true relaxation space. We always used the car for convenience, but it is also easy and quick to reach the beaches of Numana on foot. The managers, Anastasia and Luca, were friendly, nice, and super helpful, ready to provide information and make us feel at ease. Numana is beautiful, we go there a few times because living in Perugia it is not very far away. I recommend Nubicuculia for your stays.

A true bed and breakfast. Guests of Anastasia and Luca, you immediately feel at home. The room is spacious and clean, with an adjacent nice bathroom equipped with a sauna shower and jacuzzi reserved for guests. The breakfast, served in the garden, is excellent and abundant. The location, Taunus village, is great for exploring the beauties of Conero while staying away from the confusion (at least in August) of Sirolo and Numana. We will keep a nice memory.

Beautiful place, located in a very quiet context and from where it is easy to reach many beaches and places, all convenient and not far away. We found ourselves very well, in a always very clean and well-kept environment. We enjoyed excellent and abundant breakfasts made even by the hostess. Great availability and hospitality. Beautiful location, very clean places, excellent and abundant breakfast, and a hospitality and availability that are truly rare. The ratings I left speak for themselves. We enjoyed maximum privacy (my girlfriend and I) even though we were right in the house with them, and we even became friends. Truly fantastic experience at Nubicuculia; I recommend it to everyone.
