The B&B Villa Fortezza is located in the center of Ascoli Piceno, a city in the Marche region, which offers a generous combination of mountains and sea. Nestled between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic Riviera, this area is perfect for nature lovers and scenic beauty. The rooms at B&B Villa Fortezza are bright and offer views of the garden and the city.
With oak floors, the rooms are enhanced by unique furnishings that reflect their names: Pop, Tiffany, City, and Space. To ensure maximum comfort during the summer, the rooms are equipped with fans or air conditioning. Wi-Fi internet connection is free, and the bathrooms are brand new, equipped with a hairdryer and towel set.
The Antique Rooms are an exclusive addition to our Bed and Breakfast. These rooms have been built according to the principles of bio-construction, with breathable clay walls, heated floors, wooden and terracotta ceilings, and cork-insulated roofs. The natural lighting and exclusive interior design create a unique comfort experience. All rooms offer an incomparable view of the historic center of Ascoli Piceno and the surrounding hills.
The Antique Rooms include three rooms, each dedicated to a female figure linked to the ancient traditions and legends of the Piceni. Cupra, Ancaria, and Sibilla will welcome you to this place located within an ancient sacred area, probably the oldest in terms of rituals and Piceni settlements.

Breakfast at Villa Fortezza is served at the table, inside the villa or outside, in the garden under a large Cedar of Lebanon, with a beautiful view of the historic center, the medieval Cucco tower and the hills around Ascoli Piceno.
Breakfast includes processed or fresh fruit, eggs, tomatoes and cheese, bread, pizzas and fresh rolls from the oven taken every morning, fruit juices, yogurt, biscuits from the Piconi oven, coffee, cappuccino or tea of ??your choice, warm bread, butter and homemade jams with organic fruit from the garden, honey, Italian hazelnut cream, muesli, cereals, fresh pastries just bought.
All the products are fresh, bought at the fruit market from farmers or in the best bakeries in Ascoli and in any case in the area, with great attention to quality, try it and believe it!!!!!

I had the privilege of being the founder and manager of the cultural association Incontri and the summer company Incontri d'estate in Ascoli Piceno, which was active from 1989 to 1999. During this period, we offered a unique experience in the fields of cuisine, art, music, and entertainment. Additionally, from 1991 to 1996, I successfully managed two shelters, a restaurant, and a bar in the beautiful ski resort of Monte Piselli, Teramo. Afterwards, I decided to explore other fascinating destinations around the world..In 2000, I inaugurated the B&B Villa Fortezza, situated in the family home. In 2016, thanks to the tireless work of Federica Di Donato, we completed the restoration of Villa Fortezza Antique Rooms, located just 40 meters away from Villa Fortezza. Beautiful house, top location. Ascoli is worth not only a visit but a longer stay. In a couple of years, once the post-earthquake construction sites are closed, it will be even more beautiful. The most photographed square is Piazza del Popolo, but there are several squares that deserve a stop and that would make any other, more touristed city famous. We appreciated the courtesy of Salvatore and Omar. Villa Fortezza will remain a point of reference for us.

Always a paradise. Everything there is perfect. The town of Ascoli is increasingly beautiful and very charming. Superb region, superb beaches, superb villages and extraordinary landscapes.
