Description
Villa Eva Guest House is a small cottage located in the center of Sirolo, in a very convenient and peaceful area with ample private parking.

Facing the path to reach the most famous beaches of Sirolo on foot (10 minutes away), it is a convenient starting point for trekking or mountain biking excursions in the Conero Park.

It has 5 rooms decorated in local style, with wrought iron beds, exposed stone and ceramics, all accompanied by modern comforts such as TV, safe, and air conditioning.

Shuttle stop to the beach.

Bicycles available for guests.

Possibility of breakfast and dinner at Hotel Emiliana, adjacent to the property, of which Villa Eva is an annex.

The small restaurant at our Hotel Emiliana, located within our B&B, is particularly well cared for. It exclusively uses natural products from the Agricultural Company owned by the B&B, which spans 50 hectares within the Conero Park (untreated fruits and vegetables, livestock raised without feed, Rosso Conero d.o.c. vineyard and oil). All of this is offered in simple dishes from the traditional cuisine of Sirolo.

Not to mention the fish that is directly purchased from the fish market in Ancona. The restaurant's products are rigorously harvested and cooked on the same day.

We had a lovely stay. Eva and the rest of the staff were kind, friendly and so accommodating. We don’t speak Italian and Eva was very kind in helping us to understand where the best beaches were and telling us great restaurants to go to. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices for those who prefer sweet or savory foods. Hope we can come back one day.

Fantastic! Perfect location, only 15 minutes walk to San Michele beach. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious (croissants and pastries of all kinds - always fresh - fruit, yogurt, bread, cold cuts...), the managers are very helpful, always willing to give us advice.
