"Villa dei Priori" B&B offers hospitality to those of you looking for an elegant and cosy accommodation where every tiny detail is taken care of.
The B&B rooms are spacious, they all come with ensuite and are furnished with antique furniture and handwoven flax linens.
Our guests are welcome to enjoy the Villa common areas and the park.
Our breakfast is homemade and very generous. The exclusive 6 rooms of our B&B provide privacy and comfort to those of you looking for an elegant and cosy accommodation either because they are on holiday or away on a business trip. The historical city centre of Ascoli Piceno can be easily reached in 12 minutes by car, whilst San Benedetto Del Tronto beach is only 5 minutes away by car. Our Villa has locked up parking for cars and for motorcycles.

The manager was very kind and accommodating: due to work reasons, we had to leave at 7:30 and he moved breakfast from 7:30 to 7:15. The facility is very nice and clean. Wi-Fi works great. Breakfast is good but only sweet; yogurt is only white, but they can be enhanced with jam. During our stay, there were two events at the restaurant below that disturbed our rest: at 0:18 the music was still loud and luckily I had two earplugs. Location is convenient only if you have a car: not recommended for those on foot like myself, also thanks to the train service that does not offer trains to and from San Benedetto del Tronto at night.

The structure is very beautiful and fascinating. The breakfast is excellent and abundant with genuine products. The staff is very courteous. The restaurant is of excellent level with fresh fish and really abundant portions. The only note is the furnishing of the rooms. Keeping faith to the style of the residence, it could be modernized and, important for the warmer months, the rooms could be equipped with air conditioning.

I stayed for two nights, the manager is a very helpful and kind person, the structure is a well-renovated nineteenth-century villa, very well maintained. The room and the bathroom are very spacious. The breakfast is good, rich in products made by them. The restaurant, always run by them, is of excellent quality and offers a refined menu based on fish. Excellent value for money. All good.

We were immediately struck by the beauty of the property and its beautiful location, right on a hill among rows of olive trees. The welcome was very warm and high availability to provide us with all the information we needed. It must be said that the room temperature, despite the August heat, was optimal (as we had been told on the phone by the owner)! Excellent and plentiful breakfast! Thorough cleaning! The structure is on a hill with a breathtaking view and is a beautiful historic residence from the 1800s. We dined in the spectacular on-site restaurant. Business trip. This is not the first time I have to stop in the area, I found the place thanks to a colleague from the area who took me there for lunch. The property is small but well maintained. Few rooms in a well-kept farmhouse, varied breakfast with excellent products (the croissants are out of this world). As long as I have to come to the area for work, I will stop here if possible.

Let's start by saying that the country house is a historic residence with great charm. It has been masterfully renovated for a few months, preserving the charm of the past without altering the interior with unnecessary and impersonal modernity. Outside, in the garden, a very beautiful and large iron gazebo has been built under which you can dine on one side and relax on sofas and armchairs on the other. All brand new and made with great taste and elegance. The dinner was superb. Excellent the poached egg with truffle, the veal round cooked at low temperature, and the potato and zucchini flan on a parmesan cream. Delicious desserts. The breakfast, on the other hand, could be improved. But what makes the difference is Nello, the director of the structure, both for his food and wine expertise and for his knowledge of the history and art of the territory, of which he is a deep and passionate connoisseur. Highly recommended for those who want to base themselves in a wonderful place to discover the wonderful Marche region. Well done.

I stayed at this splendid structure, very well-kept and the staff is extremely kind, polite, and very professional. For the type of vacation I organized, the structure was optimally located. We went to Ascoli and Offida... Too bad about the air conditioning, but the room was equipped with two fans. I would like to point out that I happened to be there during the hottest week of the year. In the evening, with the windows open, it was very pleasant.

My boyfriend and I spent ten days at Villa dei Priori, a charming property. The villa is truly charming and strategically located as it is 10 minutes from the sea and just as many from many points of interest, such as Offida, Monsampolo, Ascoli, and then, moving further south, you can visit other beaches. Getting to the property is very simple but, if you set the navigator, it takes you to a countryside road from which you do not reach the property, you have to follow the signs on Via Salaria. The owner and those who manage it are very helpful and kind, nice and welcoming! In the property, especially in the room, the only thing missing is an air conditioner at the moment, but I believe it is due to the fact that they are still arranging it, as they have recently purchased it. Apart from this, everything is beautiful, especially the contact with nature, the garden, and the tranquility. Thank you for this stay!

Pleasant stay. Villa dei Priori is located in an easy-to-reach location and is surrounded by greenery. The managers are very friendly and helpful. I found the varied breakfast and the room spacious and clean. Pleasantly surprised!

We (a family of three people) were passing through for a one-night stop. Marcello, the owner, was willing to add a bed for my 13-year-old son in the same room. The room was spacious with a large bathroom, but if you have large luggage, be aware that, being a countryside building, there is no elevator. Marcello came to welcome us to the parking and show us our room, asking to prepare the wish list for breakfast. He also quickly solved a problem in our room. He is a kind owner and personally takes care of the guests. It's easy to reach the B&B. We slept well, but unfortunately it was only for one night and we couldn't enjoy the large park and the restaurant. The cost is fair and Marcello also gave us a small discount to apologize for the problem on our arrival.
