Villa Brettino is an elegant and spacious residence, perfect for accommodating up to 20 guests. Spanning 400 square meters, it features eight tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, air conditioning, a study area, and, in one instance, a cozy sitting area. The interiors follow the original architectural design of the house, giving each room a distinctive character.

The villa is equipped with two functional kitchens, one of which opens into a large living space that is ideal for gatherings. Complementing the living area is a spacious salon, perfect for receptions, business meetings, or conferences, along with a more intimate second sitting room, furnished in a simple yet elegant style. The fireplace, the heart of the home, creates an atmosphere of tranquility and romance.

Outside, a large, well-equipped garden surrounds the villa, featuring tables, umbrellas, sun loungers, a barbecue, a gazebo, and an above-ground pool, all for the exclusive use of guests. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
