In the heart of Porto Sant’Elpidio, just a short walk from the beach, this newly renovated apartment combines modernity and comfort, making it perfect for a couple or a small family of up to three people. The bright and functional spaces include a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. A third bed is available upon request.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi. There is also a washing machine, hairdryer, and complete linens provided to ensure a worry-free stay. Street parking is free, and for daily necessities, a grocery store is conveniently located right across from the entrance.

Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach a swimming pool, tennis courts, padel, and five-a-side football, while the motorway exit is only 1.5 km away, making the apartment an ideal base for exploring the coast and the inland areas of the Marche region.

Very kind. They allowed us to enter in the morning, which we appreciated very much. Everything was clean and new. Air conditioning in every room. Always ready to respond in case of need. Perfect.

I had a really good time. Mrs. Giordana and her husband were very kind. The place is spacious, easy to clean, and a 10-minute walk from the beach. There is a small supermarket nearby for basic needs and excellent cold cuts. Great week.
