The "Verde Giada" guesthouse, a new and green establishment in the hills of the Conero Park, offers 3 double rooms, all with private bathrooms and televisions. They are located in a country house, part of the family farm, a 5-minute drive from the sea and the center of Numana. They are ideal for lovers of walks and relaxation, and in less than 15 minutes on foot, through a path in the woods, you can reach the beach of Marcelli, near the "Numana Blu" bathing establishment. Both breakfast and parking are included in the price. The property is open all year round and is suitable for couples, nature lovers, and business trips.

I feel like giving the highest marks in every category because we had a wonderful stay at this B&B. The sea, as described, is a 15-minute walk away, yet the property is secluded in a quiet area near the countryside and is a great compromise for those like us who want a peaceful holiday while staying close to the sea and in a convenient location to visit other nearby places. Nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness and the host's availability; the host was present every day at breakfast and in the afternoon/evening to provide excellent advice or help if needed. We also appreciated some extra comforts, such as the coffee machine and tea always available outside the rooms and the possibility of taking leftovers from breakfast for a snack or lunch. In my opinion, it is a perfect place for young couples or possibly families with small children because of the tranquility and having a car available to move around freely. Perfect.

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The structure is located in the middle of the greenery, a quiet and silent place: at night you sleep very well. The room is very clean and the breakfast is abundant. The owner Rosalba is a lovely and helpful person, she recommended both places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The mother and brother are always smiling and willing to chat. The B&B is about a kilometer from the sea, reachable on foot or by car. If we were in the area, we would definitely come back because we had a great time.

The Verde Giada property is very welcoming and clean, close to Numana (the Marcelli beaches are also within walking distance with a stroll). Rosalba is a very kind and discreet host, always available to lend a hand or provide directions. The breakfast is really excellent, with artisanal bakery products. Rosalba is also very kind because she suggests taking to the beach what is not consumed.

We stayed for a week at Verde Giada. The location is convenient, immersed in greenery and a ten-minute walk from Marcelli beach. There is ample parking, very convenient for those who want to visit the area, as all the interesting places are nearby. The structure is brand new, exceptionally clean, and there is also a great, abundant breakfast. Mrs. Rosalba was very kind and gave us a series of information to visit the area and to eat in excellent places. Excellent experience.

Perfect and functional rooms. Excellent cleanliness. The owner is very helpful and present. Excellent breakfast. It is not very close to the sea but still easily reachable, in a very quiet and ideal location for resting.

New and well-maintained structure, immersed in the countryside of Numana, appreciated because very close to the sea but at the same time in a quiet position. The rooms are well furnished and equipped, the cleanliness is really excellent, the breakfast is excellent and plentiful, Mrs. Rosalba is a very kind and professional person. The structure is perfect amidst vineyards, olive groves, crops, splendid view over Loreto. In the summer, it retains the coolness of the hill and overlooks the sea, a spectacle. The bed and breakfast is beautiful, extremely clean and welcoming. Created by a family that keeps it alive, and you can perceive the value they give to this project. Quality raw materials, partly self-produced and partly zero kilometers. Excellent breakfast that the owner also adjusts according to the customers' tastes. Mrs. Rosalba is very kind, courteous, helpful, and respectful of privacy. Stay to be repeated and highly recommended.

Courtesy, availability, and cleanliness are the primary characteristics of this B&B located in Numana, in a decentralized position (in the countryside), but still close to the sea, easily reachable even on foot. Mrs. Rosalba, who manages the property, guides the stay with her valuable advice, making everything easier. Excellent breakfast. We stayed a week at this property, but time flew by. Highly recommended!
