Hi everyone, my name is Marco.
In 2012 I opened this Bed and Breakfast for the passion I have towards the hospitality sector.
What fascinates me most is the possibility of getting to know new people, sponsoring the area in which I live both in summer (with our splendid sea), and in winter (with our fantastic mountains and historic villages that surround us).
I love playing football and I am the president of the historic Corale Sisto V since 2013.

The property is located in the city center, in a completely private green area, free of traffic and slightly isolated from the chaos of the country. Just 200 meters from us there is the beach of Grottammare with fine sand and a sea with shallow waters, the center and the main square are only 150 meters from us and for those who love walks in just 10 minutes you can reach the historic center.

Marco is a very attentive host to the needs of others, discreet and helpful. The structure is very comfortable, the rooms are well renovated and very comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast, quite rich especially the cakes made by the mother. Marco, thank you for everything and the nice morning chats.

I stayed with my husband a few days ago at this delightful Bed and Breakfast. The location of the property is excellent and ideal in many aspects: it is very close to the sea and other services, far from the noise of cars and trains. The parking is very close to the rooms, which are also tastefully furnished, modern, clean with air conditioning, television, and fridge. The breakfast is abundant and delicious with exquisite homemade cakes. The owner, Mr. Marco, is an extremely kind, friendly, and always available person. We had a great time and will definitely return.

Congratulations to Marco for the perfect management of the Valle dell'Eden, which is in a quiet location surrounded by greenery but just a stone's throw from the sea and the center. Excellent also for solo travelers.

Volevo ringraziare ancora una volta Marco per la professionalità e la gentilezza con la quale ha accolto me e la mia amica Antonella! La sua simpatia ha fatto il resto. Ci siamo sentite a casa. Il posto è un piccolo paradiso. La camera molto accogliente, nonostante singola ma sapientemente adattata a doppia su mia esplicita richiesta. La pulizia è tangibile in ogni angolo della struttura. Al mattino dopo siamo stati accolti con una colazione super, a partire dalle torte fatte dalla simpaticissima sorella di Marco. Oltre poi a succhi di frutta, yogurt, fette biscottate, cornetti e caffetteria. Assolutamente da consigliare.
Dimenticavo, pochi minuti a piedi e siete sul meraviglioso lungomare di Grottammare.
