Description

Times at TUTTATERRA takes on a cozy and soft dimension. Hurry is not well seen. We prefer stone to concrete, we love wood and not plastic; we favor the grass to the asphalt, a talk to a video game, the silence to the noise, a few friends to a meeting, a country inn to a fast food.

We love good wine, cooking, music, animals, stars, harmony and everything that has an interesting story to tell.

Original and authentic!!!
A traditional country house of Marche, recently restored maintaining the integrity of the house by the use of a conservative restoration that our architects and we strongly wanted.

The marvelous hills all around the house form the background where you can magically breathe rural atmospheres.

The hayloft, the wood oven and everything complete the picture with a swimming pool.

We have lived here for many years enjoying its use, that’s why we decided to start a country house.

You can really spend well your time here, we are sure you will be completely satisfied so that you will advise this place to your friends.

In the heart of this splendid region, 38 km away from Ancona-Falconara airport via the highway, just a few minutes from the Frasassi Caves, between Jesi and Fabriano, and 20 minutes from the coast, the strategic location of our facility allows for easy access to beautiful places full of the typical charm of this rich territory.

Serra San Quirico, a perfectly preserved village, rich in art and magic from the past; larger towns like Fabriano, the city of paper, Jesi, the birthplace of Federico II, and Cingoli and San Severino, Osimo, Arcevia, and Sassoferrato will offer you their beauty and warm hospitality. There is an embarrassment of choices when it comes to small castles, each situated on its own hill: Cupramontana, Staffolo, Montecarotto, Barbara, Morro d’Alba, Matelica, all dedicated to the production of excellent wines; and also Rosora, Mergo, Genga, Ostra, Apiro, Belvedere Ostrense, Castelplanio, Maiolati Spontini, Mosano, just to name a few.

The enchanting Frasassi Caves are very close, as well as the gentle mountains that embrace the territory and manage to evoke the charm of places like Precicchie, Poggio San Vicino, Elcito, Pian dell’Elmo, the enchanted Faggeto di Canfaito, Lake Castreccioni, the waterfalls of Cingoli, and the exciting course of the Esino River. The place is immersed in nature outside any inhabited center, equipped with a pool. To get there, precise directions must be given to the navigator. We were welcomed by the son, a very kind and helpful boy. The room is very characteristic with a very comfortable mattress. A nice bathroom with a shower and bathtub, everything quite clean. The breakfast is good and abundant, served outside the room in a very nice room adjacent to a well-equipped kitchenette. Too bad we were just passing through and only stayed one night. Recommended.

Lorenzo was an excellent host. He gave us many useful tips about the area and was extremely kind and helpful. Staying in his bed and breakfast means being in a family-like environment with touches of experimental artist!

We spent a wonderful week in this peaceful place where it is good to live. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast delicious and everything is provided to eat on site if desired. The pool and outdoor areas are really pleasant. It is a perfect place for those who wish to take their time, in a beautiful and soothing setting. Thanks to Lorenzo and Pepe for their availability and kindness.

We stayed in this accommodation after visiting the Frasassi Caves, the location left me speechless and is easily reachable, just enter the address in the navigator, rooms equipped with every comfort, on par with a 5-star hotel, excellent cleanliness. Very nice breakfast, each room has its own basket with the necessary. Pool with a view of the vines, and all the surrounding space is beautiful and well-kept. The manager is helpful, responded to every request of mine in a very short time. I recommend it to those who want to break away from the routine, I hope to return as soon as possible. Thank you.

One of those places where you'd want to return as soon as possible. The kindness and availability of the manager Lorenzo in welcoming you and giving you tips on the place right away. The location, cleanliness, and tasteful decoration of every corner of the room and the breakfast with 0 km products. The quality/price ratio is 10 and praise for that.

Here time has stopped! The flavors of the past are all felt. A touch of modernity like piccina and wifi make this spectacular farmhouse suitable for those looking for tranquility and relaxation.
