Our guest house is located in the historic center of Sirolo, a few steps from the beaches and establishments of the area ("Spiaggia Grotta Urbani", "Spiaggia San Michele". . .) in a quiet location from which you can enjoy a splendid sea view.

Structure a stone's throw from the center of Sirolo with a splendid sea view. It has a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea and a discount for guests, which is not bad. The only observation is the breakfast which is included but to be consumed at an affiliated bar near the B&B. Clean rooms, good value for money!

It was the worst experience ever lived. I have a high level of adaptability, but here I couldn’t bear it. I won't go into details out of politeness and respect for the many people who worked in tourism.

Magnificent view and convenient location for the beach and dining options, a flaw is the bathroom with the shower curtain and the fact that the room is in full sun in the morning, sunshades would be useful. Otherwise, Sirolo is truly a beautiful village.

Room very small for three adults, with a double bed and an uncomfortable and small bed for the third guest. Small bathroom without window and fan, shower without a tray causing flooding in the room. Poor breakfast, only coffee or cappuccino with limited types of pastries (for some they asked for a supplement, like 20 cents, or you can't have them!). The room overlooks the sea, so the view is beautiful, but it also overlooks the restaurant terrace causing disturbance until late. The air conditioner is noisy.

Fantastic location. Very kind owner also regarding the adjacent restaurant. Unforgettable dinner and sunset. Impeccably done cleaning. Unfortunately, the breakfast leaves something to be desired. A structure in that position deserves a different breakfast. But then, when you delegate to others, you can't expect much.

Very cute, clean, small structure (only three rooms), deserves 30 and praise for the view from the rooms (breathtaking!). A stone's throw from the main square and the shopping and restaurant area. Mr. Andrea is attentive and helpful, we had a great time. Only flaw: breakfast must be taken in an affiliated bar a few steps away, but it only includes a coffee (or cappuccino) and a brioche. For the price paid (120 euros per night), we expected a slightly more varied and complete breakfast or at least the possibility to change the brioche with something else or add a juice.

Camere accoglienti su una bellissima terrazza sul mare. Location ideale sia per andare al mare sia rispetto al centro di Sirolo. La colazione è un po' limitata in quanto consiste in una convenzione con la panetteria di fronte per caffè o cappuccio più una pasta.

Ho pernottato 3 notti con la mia compagna in una delle 3 stanze della struttura. Vista meravigliosa sul mare, tanto verde attorno e tanto sole sin dai primi raggi dell'alba. La posizione è veramente centrale nel paese do Sirolo. A pochi passi si raggiunge la piazzetta, ristoranti e negozietti. Unico problema è stato il bagno mancante di piatto doccia perciò bisognava stare molto attenti per non far allagare tutto. Anche il servizio delle pulizie è un po' superficiale ma tutto sommato accettabile. La colazione è buona, classico cornetto e caffè, ma un po' misera per il prezzo della stanza. Se non cercate un servizio a 5stelle ma vi accontentate di una bella location e ottima posizione vicina alle spiagge, questo posto fa per voi. Consiglio se possibile chiedere per la stanza più in fondo così nessun passerà davanti la vostra porta per accedere alla propria stanza.

Ottima posizione centrale con bellissima vista mare, ma spazio bagno minimo. Soffione doccia intasato dal calcare. Odore di cibo dal ristorante sottostante. Assenza di privacy per passaggio di altri clienti davanti alla portafinestra. Manca parcheggio.

La posizione della struttura è molto bella ma il balcone, che ha una vista notevole, è di fatto poco vivibile, sia per le dimensioni che per la mancanza di privacy, ci picchia il sole dalle 7 del mattino alle 16 e non c'è un ombrellone o un riparo, non c'è comunque lo spazio per una sedia a sdraio. Alla sera si sente tutto il rumore del ristorante e comunque non è bello stare seduti sopra a quelli che stanno cenando. Personalmente, rispetto al prezzo che è elevato, non ho trovato lo spazio all'aperto, che per me è fondamentale, adatto alle mie esigenze, ovvero meglio un piccolo giardino o un balcone senza vista mozzafiato ma dove si possa stare in pace. Dalla struttura si raggiungono facilmente anche a piedi le migliori spiagge di San Michele e Maronti, anche queste purtroppo ormai decisamente affollate, almeno in luglio. La camera è arredata con gusto, pulita, buon materasso e biancheria di qualità. La colazione, che consiste in un cornetto e cappuccino, dal fornaio di fronte alla struttura, in rapporto al prezzo è decisamente scarsa.
