Description

The B&B "Under the Olive Trees" is located in the pre-hill area, 400 meters from the sea, between Grottammare and San Benedetto Del Tronto.

At 1 km from San Benedetto del Tronto, Riviera delle Palme, a well-known tourist destination with its recently renovated promenade with gardens and water features.

We note that Grottammare is listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy, and nearby, other villages also recognized as the most beautiful in Italy are Offida, Montefiore, and Civitella del Tronto.

At 35 km from Ascoli Piceno, a beautiful medieval town, perhaps best known for its famous "olive all'ascolana" (stuffed olives).

Approximately 50 km from Loreto, renowned for Marian devotion.

In the hills, just a few kilometers from the B&B "Under the Olive Trees," there are charming medieval villages to visit, including Acquaviva, a 20-minute drive away, with its castle and typical Wednesday markets.

It is worth mentioning the beautifully restored village of Grottammare, with a breathtaking panorama.

From the B&B "Under the Olive Trees," Rome can be reached by car in 2 and a half hours, or by comfortable bus in 3 hours.

I can say that it's the third consecutive year that we enjoy this accommodation, and this in itself says it all, by now we feel like family, Giuseppe is an excellent host, always available and attentive to the needs of his guests, Lidia takes care of the rooms and breakfast as if it were for her. An experience that I recommend to everyone.

Nice and quiet structure, where we were welcomed by the very kind Giuseppe and his assistant, Lidia, who did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. Thanks to her, extremely tidy rooms and top-level cleanliness. Every day, at breakfast, fresh croissants and small delicacies. The B&B is in a great location, just five minutes from the sea, in a quiet area of the city almost on the border with San Benedetto. Considering the structure, the kindness shown, and the pleasantness of the holiday, we definitely recommend the stay.

Excellent and comfortable rooms. Valid management. Normal breakfast. Excellent cleaning. Family-run. Unfortunately far from the beach but for a stay without pretensions it is very valid. I recommend it and will definitely consider it for the future.

A beautiful place, we felt at home. The staff is very attentive to our needs and always ready to satisfy us. The structure is new, functional, well-finished, and complete with all comforts. Impeccable cleanliness, at levels superior to many very prestigious hotels. Courtesy and familiarity, I will definitely return. I recommend it for a peaceful stay just steps from the sea.

We stayed only 2 nights, the structure is new and well-maintained, the manager and the lady for breakfast and cleaning are very kind and helpful. We were on a motorcycle, we had no problems getting around. Bicycles are also available if needed and the beach is very close, the only drawback is that you have to cross a very busy road to reach it, but nothing too problematic.

We ended up at this property almost by chance, and I must say we were very lucky. A clean, fresh, welcoming, and relaxing Bed and Breakfast, where we felt free to live our stay in complete tranquility. For those interested, there are also bicycles available. The owner and Mrs. Lidia are extremely helpful for anything you might need. I recommend it to everyone and I will gladly return. Thank you for the hospitality.

My partner, my son, and I had a really good time during the 8 days spent at the B&B Under the olive trees. The structure is new and very well taken care of in detail. Nothing is left to chance. Also, the daily cleaning was top-notch thanks to the efficiency of the very helpful Lidia. Giuseppe, the owner, was always kind and available. The area is very quiet, and the sea is reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot and less than 5 by bike. Moreover, it is close to everything you may need: supermarket, gas station, pharmacy, even a bio store. An unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend it.

This structure was a pleasant surprise! We just returned from a weekend in Grottammare and we had a great time! The owner is really very kind, the structure is brand new and very nice, equipped with every comfort and in a very quiet area, there were 4 of us and we were all very happy. We will definitely come back!
