Description
Sotto l'Ulivo" comes from the renovation of an old country house, in an area immersed in the green hills of the Marches just 1km from the Rocca Roveresca of Mondavio.
It consists of two large rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, with private bathroom, wi-fi, satellite TV and air conditioning. On the ground floor a room is used for continental breakfast, with homemade cakes and baked goods. On request international breakfast. There is also an equipped kitchen area available to guests.
At guests' disposal a swimming pool of 5. 50 meters with deck chairs and umbrellas.
The area offers several points of interest, such as medieval villages, such as Corinaldo or Mondolfo, the caves of Frasassi, the gorge of Furlo and the Renaissance Urbino.
The airport of Falconara is 33 km away, not far from the easily accessible beaches of Fano, Marotta, Senigallia.
Numerous events include the Summer Jamboree of Senigallia or the historical re-enactment of the Wild Boar Hunt at Mondavio.
The four-legged animals are welcome guests.

The structure and furnishings are new. Very nice and well-kept place. Unfortunately, we came across other guests who were a bit too noisy, but this is obviously not the manager's fault. The breakfast is very good with homemade sweets by the owner, some difficulties with the hot drinks machine but all in all I would give this property a solid 8 and the owner a 10 for her friendliness and availability.

Cosa dire, siamo stati benissimo! Stanze nuove bagno bellissimo con una doccia gigantesca. Colazione eccellente. Roberta è veramente super. Se torniamo in quella zona sicuramente la ricontatteremo.

La struttura è molto bella, rimessa a nuovo come casa propria (docce comodissime) e molto pulita. I gestori sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. L'ambiente circostante è bellissimo, immerso nel verde della valle del Cesano: il B&B è vicino al centro storico di Mondavio, bellissimo borgo rinascimentale. Speriamo di tornare presto per una vacanza più lunga: dalle terre frenetiche, alle terre roveresche. Oltretutto il mare non dista che una ventina di km.

Pernottato per due notti, località veramente tranquilla e affascinante. Struttura ben sistemata e camere molto belle e complete di tutto. Persone molto disponibili e simpatiche.

Luogo incantevole immerso nel verde della campagna ma non lontano dal centro di uno dei borghi medievali più belli d'Italia. Sicuramente da ritornare per passare un'altra bella vacanza potendo anche approfittare della disponibilità dei proprietari.
