Description

The B&B SeaRolo is located just outside the city walls, 5 minutes from the main square.

You can reach the closest beaches (Urbani, S. Michele, Sassi Neri) in 15 minutes, walking on the path through the woods, or by bus, which stops just a few metres away from the B&B.

The complex is located on the ground floor of a 3-floors-house in the center of Sirolo, a quiet and lovely small town on the slopes of Mount Conero.

For it's position, it's the best departure point to enjoy the beaches around, go for a walk in the nature, but it's also well located to go on a day trip to the stunning cities around: Loreto with its Cathedral, Recanati and the house of Leopardi, Camerano with its caves and many more.

The 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, strongbox and minibar, renovated in spring 2014, are wide and comfortable; the garden, equipped with table and chairs, is the perfect place to start the day with a nice cup of coffee in the sunhine.

We are a local family composed by dad Franco, ex boat and engines seller, mum Gioia, hairdresser and their children Raoul and Giorgia.

We live on the top floor of the building where the B&B is located.

We have been renting flats for a long time now in 2014 we decided to dedicate ourselves to this new way of hosting people which is B&B.

Our main feature is discretion, we leave our guests free to enjoy their holiday without restrictions such as cleaning or breakfast times; on the other side, we are willing to suggest the most breathtaking corners of our beautiful coast, the most delicious restaurants and the must-do activities nearby.

A very pleasant discovery in Sirolo. Clean and spacious room with everything needed for a pleasant stay. B&B in the center and also convenient for reaching Numana on foot. Available parking. We stayed at the property from August 7th to August 14th in the Solaria room. We found everything perfectly as we expected: very comfortable bathroom with a spacious shower, comfortable room equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, and TV. The bed is large and very comfortable, the window overlooks the small courtyard shaded by two olive trees creating a situation of relaxation and tranquility. The location of the property is exceptional (only 20 steps separate you from the center and a few minutes walk from beautiful beaches. Mr. Franco... what can I say, a welcoming and very helpful person! He is always ready to help you in times of need. Regarding check-in and check-out, we found maximum availability and he provided us with the opportunity to take a shower before leaving, to deposit our luggage in a special room to fully enjoy the day of arrival and departure. We were very satisfied with this holiday and this stay. Highly recommended, everyone should go to Franco!

We stayed here at the end of July 2020, the property is strategically located to visit all of the Marche region as well as the Conero. Very flexible breakfast times and fresh pastries every morning as a treat from Mr. Franco, the manager. We had a great time and Franco is extremely helpful and promptly resolves any issues. I highly recommend the property. Practically also because it's a stone's throw from restaurants and beaches and any other service, the only drawback is for those who have difficulty with steep climbs or stairs for any reason, there is a small steep uphill/downhill to access the property... Nothing insurmountable though! Highly recommended on all fronts for property, hospitality, and location.

We know we are a voice out of the chorus but our impressions were anything but positive. The "solaria" room lacks a bidet, the toilet is too high and has a flush that splashes water out every time it is activated. The room is dark as it is located on the ground floor, furthermore there are very light curtains and since the window overlooks the entrance passage, to have privacy it is necessary to keep the shutters down. Also, all the noises from the little entrance where the self-service breakfast preparation takes place can be heard. Spacious shower. Nice garden. Mr. Franco, the manager, from the first exchanges of information, via the website messaging, showed a lack of availability, in fact, the website allowed us to choose the "marina" room but he replied in a dry and unempathetic way that it was up to him to decide the room he would assign us. Right from the start he wrote that he only accepted calls and not messages, which would have helped us a bit during the stay, and also when I called to arrange the check-in he did not answer or call back. His unavailability and coldness also emerged during the check-in agreement phase because even though the day before we had told him we would arrive at 12, he, without even offering to leave our luggage, always reminded us with a cold and super formal tone that check-in was from 16. At the time of key handover, like a soulless and heartless machine, he exposed those 4 essential pieces of information on how to reach the beaches and the center. Mr. Franco's coldness did not make us feel comfortable, the times we crossed paths with him (he lives on the upper floor) he never asked us how our stay was going and in a B&B we believe that being welcoming, attentive, and hospitable is the basis. Last thing, the check-out at 10 is limiting. The B&B is in a perfect location for both the beaches and the center of Sirolo but this is not enough to make the stay enjoyable.

Gent Daniela Ritengo le recensioni un utile strumento di crescita e per questo, normalmente, non rispondo. Ma quando l’espressione di una opinione travisa i fatti allora rispondo. E questo è il caso. Sorvolo sulle considerazioni sul water/bidet (vaso omologato anche come bidet), sul buio della stanza sui “rumori dell’ingressino”. Queste sono tutte considerazioni opinabili. Non sorvolo invece sulla mia presunta “mancanza di disponibilità” “assenza di empatia” “indisponibilità e freddezza” e di essere una “macchinetta senza anima e core”. Affermazioni dure, mai presenti, anzi smentite, in tutte le recensioni lasciate da altri ospiti in questi sei anni di attività. Mi sorge il dubbio che la persona incrociata che non vi ha mai chiesto come stesse andando il soggiorno fosse un altro ospite del B&B e non il sottoscritto. Una ultima cosa, da una parte si chiede di essere ricevuti alle 12,00 e non alle 16.00. dall’altra si ritiene “limitante” il check-out alle 10.00. A questo punto mi aspetto un suggerimento su quando fare le pulizie e la sanificazione. Con simpatia Franco.

Highly recommended structure for those looking for a quiet, clean environment, close to the center and the charming beaches and with the right quality-price ratio. Franco is a very helpful and friendly person, the rooms are new, quiet and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is quite complete and needs to be prepared in a common area in the corridor, to then be comfortably consumed in the room or in the garden, among fruit trees, lavender and the chirping of birds (personally I really appreciated this corner of nature!). Thank you for the welcome...see you soon!

Highly recommended! Mr. Franco very kind in every stage and request of the stay, rooms cleaner and more functional (see huge and very pleasant shower) better than many starred hotels! Strategic location and at the same time a corner of complete relaxation. Rating 10 in everything without a doubt.

The B&B SeaRolo's location is strategic, in a very central area and a stone's throw from the bus stop that takes you to the beach. Mr. Franco is a very kind and helpful person. The room is cozy and very clean. The breakfast may not be as you usually imagine, however you have at your disposal the coffee machine, cappuccino, etc., fruit juices, yogurt, cereals and more. In addition, every morning Mr. Franco prepares a fresh croissant with the filling you prefer, which comes directly from the baker. I must say that we had a good time and would return.

Couples vacation, we stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for 8 days; the location is great as in 3 minutes on foot you are in the center of Sirolo and in half an hour always on foot you reach Numana. There are buses that take you to Urbani beach and San Michele-Sassi Neri with a one euro ticket. The structure is well-kept, the room was clean, equipped with TV, air conditioning, safe, and towels. Too bad for breakfast, all packaged (due to regional laws) but still there was everything you could desire and Mr. Franco always super helpful. Cleaning is only done upon arrival and departure so if you want the room cleaned every day this Bed and Breakfast is not for you! Here reigns full freedom of schedules and a bit of common sense to keep the room clean. Mr. Franco will give you all possible information to fully experience Sirolo and its sea.

We had a wonderful holiday. The room of the structure is very beautiful, clean, spacious, and original! Nothing is missing (tv, wifi, excellent breakfasts, and garden). We had a great time at this B&B SeaRolo, the owner was kind and helpful and provided us with a lot of information about the vacation spot. The location of the property is excellent as it is just a stone's throw from the center and the beach stop. The room is well furnished and equipped with TV and air conditioning. Breakfast is self-service but in addition to packaged snacks, you can have a fresh brioche every morning. Overall, we were satisfied and if we have the opportunity, we will return.
