A stately ancient house from the 17th century overlooking the hills of the Fano hinterland.

B&B Sant'Andrea brings back to life its history and original vocation as a place of leisure for those seeking a refuge from urban life.

B&B Sant'Andrea is the place to experience total immersion, strolling through the surrounding park or resting in the shade of a hundred-year-old fig tree in the heart of a garden overlooking the sea.

Inside, two finely furnished rooms with antique furniture and private bathrooms, as well as a rustic kitchen where you can enjoy a special breakfast during the winter months.

Enjoy a delightful breakfast with our homemade jams made from fruits grown in our orchard, as well as cakes and cookies baked by us. We also offer fresh bread, fruits, yogurt, milk, tea, coffee, and fruit juices. Upon request, we can also provide a savory breakfast.

All of this is served either in the garden or in the living area, depending on the season.

You can also savor the exquisite hazelnuts from our estate, either roasted or in small pieces.

A few years ago, I inherited my grandparents' house, the one where I used to spend my holidays as a child. Sitting on the grass among the olive trees, I would listen to the birds, watch a hare pass by, and observe squirrels climbing up the trees.

Located on a hill just 5 km from the sea, it is a magical place where you can also breathe the air of antiquity dating back to 1670.

So, I decided to live there with my husband and open a charming B&B. I enjoy pampering my guests by offering them a rich breakfast with homemade jams, cakes, and biscuits in my spacious kitchen. There are also delightful aperitifs with local products, as well as fresh flowers on the tables and embroidered linen sheets.

Sant'Andrea B & B takes his name from the suburb of Sant'Andrea in Villis, where it is located, in the hinterland of Fano (PU). It's a beautiful area in Marche rich in history and art, starting from Fano, a small town that still retains its Roman archaeological heritage. 50 kilometers from Fano and you can discover the Urbino the city of renaissance that was the birthplace of great artists such as Raffaello. Equally nearby it is the medieval fortress of Gradara, the impregnable fort of San Leo where Count Cagliostro died imprisoned, the Frasassi caverns where you can have a walk around stalagmites and stalactites and many medieval villages perched on the hills, like Novilara and Candelara, small hidden gems in the green of Marche.

Excellent structure located in a hilly position in a beautiful estate. Mrs. Michela and her husband were kind and welcoming. A very good breakfast in the morning prepared with care and refinement. We will definitely return. Thank you.

We spent 8 days in this establishment and it was overall a truly positive experience. The friendliness of the managers, the beauty and the peace of the place located on a hill but not far from the city and the sea allowed us to enjoy both situations (of course, a car is needed)...highly recommended!

A few kilometers from Fano, immersed in a beautiful park on a hill from which you can see the sea. Very clean structure. Very kind managers who advised us on how to move around during the weekend spent in Fano, from restaurants to the beach resort, from wineries to where to park in the city center. Always available.

We stayed for two nights in this wonderful and peaceful structure completely immersed in the greenery of olive and fruit trees. What can I say, we had a great time, the owners Michela and Stefano were very kind and available for all our requests. Breakfast is served under a patio shaded by a large fig tree, everything is very good, from the homemade jams to the delicious tart. Thank you for hosting us in this enchanted place. We will definitely come back.

The enchanting structure is located in a wonderful olive grove, a place away from the chaotic world of the coast. Michela and Stefano were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay! They provided us with a microwave to warm up our baby's milk before breakfast, set up a hammock for us to relax in the garden, and gave us many suggestions and good advice on what to visit, where to eat, etc... They always had an extra attention and a genuine friendliness, never being intrusive. The house and the rooms are very comfortable, simple but with everything you need (ideal for a group of friends), the garden is beautiful and well maintained! Highly recommended!

Delightful place. For those looking for tranquility just a few minutes from the sea in a splendid estate among olive trees and hazelnuts. What can I say other than everything was more than perfect! We stayed at this beautiful Sant'Andrea B&B with my husband the first week of July, the kindness, availability, and friendliness of Michela and Stefano go beyond all expectations. Michela's breakfast, with homemade cakes, cookies, jams made by her, and delicious fresh fruit, served under a magnificent fig tree with a wonderful view, is excellent and plentiful, and as if that weren't enough, both Michela and Stefano are attentive and available for any further request. In short, perfect hosts who know how to make the guest feel welcome and pampered! Thanks again from the bottom of my heart to Michela and Stefano for the wonderful vacation week!

Fully in line with our expectations. The structure fits perfectly into the rural context; the room (Hazelnut) is of adequate size, clean, and bright. We appreciated the attention to detail and the style of the furniture, the bed is very comfortable. Good and plentiful breakfast, served in the outdoor patio. The spaces are well separated, there is a risk of thinking you are alone: pleasant privacy and tranquility. The olive grove and garden overlooking the landscape of Fano are the perfect setting.
