A stately ancient house from the 17th century overlooking the hills of the Fano hinterland.

B&B Sant'Andrea brings back to life its history and original vocation as a place of leisure for those seeking a refuge from urban life.

B&B Sant'Andrea is the place to experience total immersion, strolling through the surrounding park or resting in the shade of a hundred-year-old fig tree in the heart of a garden overlooking the sea.

Inside, two finely furnished rooms with antique furniture and private bathrooms, as well as a rustic kitchen where you can enjoy a special breakfast during the winter months.

Enjoy a delightful breakfast with our homemade jams made from fruits grown in our orchard, as well as cakes and cookies baked by us. We also offer fresh bread, fruits, yogurt, milk, tea, coffee, and fruit juices. Upon request, we can also provide a savory breakfast.

All of this is served either in the garden or in the living area, depending on the season.

You can also savor the exquisite hazelnuts from our estate, either roasted or in small pieces.

A few years ago, I inherited my grandparents' house, the one where I used to spend my holidays as a child. Sitting on the grass among the olive trees, I would listen to the birds, watch a hare pass by, and observe squirrels climbing up the trees.

Located on a hill just 5 km from the sea, it is a magical place where you can also breathe the air of antiquity dating back to 1670.

So, I decided to live there with my husband and open a charming B&B. I enjoy pampering my guests by offering them a rich breakfast with homemade jams, cakes, and biscuits in my spacious kitchen. There are also delightful aperitifs with local products, as well as fresh flowers on the tables and embroidered linen sheets.

Sant'Andrea B & B takes his name from the suburb of Sant'Andrea in Villis, where it is located, in the hinterland of Fano (PU). It's a beautiful area in Marche rich in history and art, starting from Fano, a small town that still retains its Roman archaeological heritage. 50 kilometers from Fano and you can discover the Urbino the city of renaissance that was the birthplace of great artists such as Raffaello. Equally nearby it is the medieval fortress of Gradara, the impregnable fort of San Leo where Count Cagliostro died imprisoned, the Frasassi caverns where you can have a walk around stalagmites and stalactites and many medieval villages perched on the hills, like Novilara and Candelara, small hidden gems in the green of Marche.

The enchanting structure is located in a wonderful olive grove, a place away from the chaotic world of the coast. It is well maintained, cared for in every detail and very clean.\n\nThe owners are very kind and friendly. They offer a very valid breakfast, with high-quality 0 km products, both sweet and savory. An excellent breakfast!\n\nFurthermore, it has a lovely garden where you can relax. It is a place we will definitely return to. Thank you for the hospitality.

We stayed 2 nights at this Sant'Andrea B&B and we really enjoyed it. The owners were very kind and helpful. Great breakfast with homemade jams and cakes. The structure is really beautiful and well-maintained. An ideal place for those who want to relax.

Michela and Stefano were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay! They provided us with a microwave to warm up our baby's milk before breakfast, set up a hammock for us to relax in the garden, and gave us many suggestions and good advice on what to visit, where to eat, etc... They always had an extra attention and a genuine friendliness, never being intrusive. The house and the rooms are very comfortable, simple but with everything you need (ideal for a group of friends), the garden is beautiful and well maintained! Highly recommended!

Lovely place, immersed in the green, colors, and scents of a splendid garden where you can relax to read a book or simply immerse yourself in the silence of unspoiled nature. Very well-kept structure, very characteristic room with small details, breakfast in the garden under the fig tree! Wow! About 7 km from Fano in a panoramic and quiet location. Excellent places to eat nearby! Very helpful and kind hosts! I recommend it for a couple who wants to spend a romantic and peaceful weekend.

A pleasant week: rustic and elegant property. Only two rooms, we recommend the cheaper room, as it has a view of the garden, outdoor sofa, hammock, and the possibility of breakfast under an ancient fig tree. We were in the most expensive room and could not enjoy that space. Hilltop location, ideal for those seeking tranquility. Kind but distant owners. Rating 7.

Delightful place. For those looking for tranquility just a few minutes from the sea in a splendid estate among olive trees and hazelnuts. The managers are always present but discreet, always providing advice on local activities and gastronomy. Breakfast with excellent products also because prepared with the fruits of their garden. Excellent homemade desserts.

Very nice and quiet room in a beautiful property with a wonderful view of Fano and the sea. The owners are absolutely loving and attentive people, very caring for their guests while maintaining absolute distance. The room's equipment is very upscale and very clean.

What can I say other than everything was more than perfect! We stayed at this beautiful Sant'Andrea B&B with my husband the first week of July, the kindness, availability, and friendliness of Michela and Stefano go beyond all expectations. Michela's breakfast, with homemade cakes, cookies, jams made by her, and delicious fresh fruit, served under a magnificent fig tree with a wonderful view, is excellent and plentiful, and as if that weren't enough, both Michela and Stefano are attentive and available for any further request. In short, perfect hosts who know how to make the guest feel welcome and pampered! Thanks again from the bottom of my heart to Michela and Stefano for the wonderful vacation week!

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie in questa struttura curatissima con stupendo panorama. Adatto per soggiorni in completa tranquillità a due passi dal mare e ottimo punto di partenza per visitare il bellissimo entroterra marchigiano, La signora Michela ed il marito Stefano ci hanno accolto con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. É un luogo ideale per sentirsi vicino alla natura, ho trovato nel giardino querce, ulivi, piante da frutto, ma soprattutto la presenza di una pianta antica di fico da cui pende una amaca che ti culla nel relax sognato. L'attenzione di Michela e Stefano é straordinaria. La colazione preparata con prodotti locali: marmellate di fichi e cachi, nocciole, biscotti alla lavanda, torte buonissime. Che dire? sono felice di avere vissuto tre giorni da favola. Adriana.

Pienamente in linea con le nostre aspettative. La struttura è perfettamente calata nel contesto rurale; la camera (Nocciola) è di dimensioni adeguate, pulita e luminosa. Abbiamo apprezzato la cura per i dettagli e lo stile dell'arredamento, il letto è comodissimo. Colazione buona e abbondante, servita nel patio esterno. Gli spazi sono ben separati, c'è il rischio di pensare di essere soli: riservatezza e tranquillità piacevoli. Il parco di ulivi e il giardino affacciati sul panorama fanese sono la cornice perfetta. Michela e Stefano sono ospiti cordiali e disponibili. Pienamente soddisfatti o come meglio si dice da noi "Argalà"! Ilario e Giulia.

Luogo ricco di storia e denso di antica creatività. Camera, colazione, pulizia e servizio tutto all'altezza di un luogo curato nei particolari. Da provare assolutamente il relax e il riposo sotto l'antico fico con lo sguardo perso nell'orizzonte blu del mare.

È un posto incantevole sulle colline di Fano. Ci si trova immersi nella natura, a pochi Km dal mare. Posto ideale per rilassarsi e staccare dalla vita frenetica quotidiana. La struttura è bellissima e accogliente. La pulizia massima. Michela e Stefano sono molto ospitali e grazie alla loro cortesia ci si sente come a casa. Sapranno consigliarvi al meglio per qualsiasi vostra necessità.
