Description
The affittacamere Santa Lucia is located on the ground floor and first floor, in a lush residential area of ??this wonderful town that is San Benedetto del Tronto. It is only 270 meters from the Villa Anna clinic, 400 meters from the "Madonna del Soccorso" hospital and 1. 5 km from the Stella Maris clinic.
The structure was born in a strategic area, which is 850 meters from the sea and 850 meters from the historic center, a few meters from numerous points of interest such as (supermarkets, pharmacies, healthcare, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, bars, tobacconists, hairdressers, beauty centers, city ??post office, lounge bar, wine shop, pastry shop, opticians, stationery and sea products, Mc Donald's, restaurants).
There are many collaborations with activities in the area, so as to accompany your stay with information even outside the structure.
Our structure, built and inaugurated in May 2015, is proud to welcome you with its numerous services, all included, including: Private parking, so as to abandon any thought of having to park; Internet wi-fi available throughout the hotel; Outdoor area, thanks to the 450 square meters of equipped garden, in which, if desired, you can spend the long-awaited moments of complete rest and tranquility, all made possible by the position and arrangement of the spaces that make this corner of paradise free from contaminations of frenzy.
The newly designed internal structure is made with a simple harmony of colors and design, always designed for maximum comfort in living spaces.
There are five rooms, to choose from, each with an internal bathroom (toilet, bidet, sink, large walk-in shower, hairdryer, hangers), the large rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, fan, flat screen TV, wifi internet connection, mosquito nets, wardrobe, desk with light, mirror, comfortable mattresses, cots, chair.
Our great passion is to be active in the area, it is our use, to make our knowledge and experiences available to inform you about the numerous, beautiful places and attractions that are present in the surroundings, so we provide geographic maps.
Your four-legged friends (cats, dogs, etc) are also allowed, albeit only small ones.

Struttura ancora in fase di cantiere, giardino non utilizzabile a pieno per presenza di auto e mancanza di tappeto verde, colazione al bar a 200 metri dalla struttura con voucher e una spesa massima di tre euro e quindi non classificabile nella struttura in quanto mancante nella stessa, gestori cordiali e disponibili alle esigenze dei clienti, pulizia camere ottima.
Da valutare completamente quando sarà a pieno regime con colazione in loco e fine lavori.

Essendo una cliente della clinica privata Villa Anna, avevo necessità di un bed and breakfast a pochi passi dalla casa di cura. Sono piacevolmente soddisfatta di aver scelto il B&B Santa Lucia, ho potuto posteggiare l'auto nel parcheggio privato e muovermi a piedi visto la vicinanza.
Il B&B è nuovo, molto accogliente e pulito, la Signora è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Intorno al B&B numerosi servizi, a me utili, farmacia e ristorazioni. Discrezione e tranquillità i Valori aggiunti. Spero di tornarci per vacanza.

B&B distante poco più di 1 km dal centro, struttura a piano terra, pulita, bagno moderno, colazione provvista di tutto, gestori molto disponibili.

Ho scoperto questo B&B un pò per caso, ricercando un posto che fosse vicino alla mia meta di lavoro/studio.
La casa è nuova e pulitissima, i gestori sono persone gentili ma soprattutto attente, cosa abbastanza rara da trovare.
C'è parcheggio proprio di fronte alla stanza, e il rispetto assoluto della privacy.
Con la macchina è davvero vicinissimo al centro e anche al mare, a piedi non impossibile da fare come tragitto.
