L'affittacamere Villa Santa Lucia è collocato al piano terra e primo piano, in una zona residenziale e lussureggiante di questa meravigliosa cittadina che è San Benedetto del Tronto. Dista soli 270 m dalla clinica Villa Anna, 400 m dall'Ospedale Civile "Madonna del Soccorso"e 1, 5 km dalla clinica Stella Maris.
La struttura nasce in una zona strategica, che dista 850 metri dal mare e 850 metri dal centro storico, a pochi metri da numerosi punti di interesse quali (supermercati, farmacie, sanitaria, pizzerie, gelateria, bar, tabaccheria, parrucchieria, centro estetico, city poste, lounge bar vineria, pasticceria, ottica, cartoleria e prodotti mare, Mc Donald's, ristoranti).
Molteplici sono le collaborazioni con attività della zona, così da accompagnare con informazioni la vostra permanenza anche al di fuori della struttura.
La nostra struttura, realizzata ed inaugurata nel Maggio 2015, è orgogliosa di accogliervi con i suoi numerosi servizi, tutti inclusi, tra i quali: Internet wi-fi disponibile in tutta la struttura; Zona all' aperto, grazie ai 450 metri quadrati di giardino attrezzato, nel quale, volendo, si potranno trascorrere i tanto attesi momenti di completo riposo e tranquillità, il tutto reso possibile dalla posizione e predisposizione degli spazi che rendono questo angolo di paradiso libero dalle contaminazioni della frenesia.
La struttura interna di nuova concezione, è realizzata con un'armonia semplice di colori e design, studiati, sempre per il massimo comfort del vivere gli spazi.
Cinque sono le camere, tra le quali scegliere, ognuna con bagno interno (wc, bidet, lavandino, ampia cabina doccia, phon, appendinerie), le camere ampie sono dotate di aria condizionata e riscaldamento, ventilatore, tv schermo piatto, connessione wifi internet, zanzariere, armadio, scrittoio con luce, specchiera, comodi materassi, culle, sedia.
La nostra grande passione è quella di essere attivi nel territorio, è nostro uso, mettere a disposizione le nostre conoscenze ed esperienze per informarvi sulle numerose, stupende località ed attrazioni che sono presenti nei dintorni, perciò mettiamo a disposizione cartine geografiche.
Sono ammessi anche i vostri amici a quattro zampe (gatti, cani, etc), seppur solo di piccola taglia.

Being a customer of the private clinic Villa Anna, I needed a bed and breakfast a few steps from the clinic. I am pleasantly satisfied to have chosen the B&B Santa Lucia, I was able to park the car in the private parking lot and move around on foot given the proximity.
The B&B is new, very welcoming and clean, the lady was very kind and helpful. Around the B&B numerous services, useful to me, pharmacy and restaurants. Discretion and tranquility the added values. I hope to return for a vacation.

I discovered this Bed and Breakfast somewhat by chance, searching for a place close to my work/study destination. The Santa Lucia accommodation is new and very clean, the hosts are kind but above all attentive, which is quite rare to find. There is parking right in front of the room and absolute respect for privacy. By car, it's really close to the city center and also to the sea, not impossible to do on foot as a journey.
