Our recently renovated and soundproofed establishment provides a welcoming atmosphere attended to with meticulous detail. On the ground floor, guests can unwind in a double room featuring a private bathroom and access to an exclusive section of the shared terrace, adorned with flower pots and a small table with two armchairs. There is also a single room, equipped with a desk and a dedicated external bathroom, overlooking a charming alley, complete with a partition for added privacy.

Moving up to the first floor, another double room awaits you, showcasing exposed beams and a French door that opens onto a balcony furnished with a relaxation area. Here, guests can enjoy a dedicated external bathroom for their exclusive use, ensuring privacy as this room is on the same floor as the other accommodations. We have chosen comfortable mattresses and medical-grade structures to guarantee a restorative sleep, and the double rooms are fitted with mosquito nets and blackout curtains. For any needs, we provide a courtesy kit with all the essentials for personal care.

Breakfast, included in your stay, is prepared with fresh, local ingredients because we believe that truly experiencing a region also comes through its flavors. Guests with food intolerances are encouraged to inform us in advance so we can adequately meet their requirements.

The heart of our establishment is the common room, which leads to a terrace equipped with a table, swing, and flower pots. Here, we always offer snacks, tea, herbal infusions, instant coffee, and water, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning views that stretch from the gentle hills of the Marche region to the breathtaking panorama of the Conero coastline. We have opted not to have televisions, replacing them with books, paper and pen, and a turntable for listening to vinyl records. In this way, we promote reading, writing, and interaction, encouraging mutual respect and a courteous environment.

Nearby, you will find both free and paid parking options, with the possibility to briefly stop along Via G. Mazzini to unload your luggage. We are located close to the Civic Museum and Villa Colloredo Park, the city's green lung, and in just two minutes you can reach the main street from which the promenade through the center begins.
