It is a welcoming place and meticulously cared for in every detail.

Its new location will allow you to reach the historical center of the city on foot in just a few minutes. With bus stops right outside the house, you can move to every corner of the city, from the various hospital centers to the Polytechnic University of Marche, to the Palaindoor Sports Center, as well as the train station.

With only a 10-minute drive, you can reach the splendid Portonovo Bay and the entire Conero Riviera.

The owners speak Italian and Spanish.

Clean, comfortable accommodation. Teresa and Samuel were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The location is near the bus and good supermarkets. I recommend it.

Ringrazio molto il tempo che dedica ogni ospite per dire la sua impressione in quanto al servizio usufruito, Credo e sono convinta che siano un istrumento utile per dare il meglio. Ci sono delle piccole sfumature che molte volte uno non ci pensa tipo : Quando l'ospite mi dice non voglio la colazione , non penso che al ultimo momento cambierà decisione. Il cambio del check in, previsto per le 20:00 ad ultimo momento modificato per le 15:00 mi cambia bruscamente il programma di cosa da fare "prima" del arrivo del ospite. Saluto e Ringrazio.

I felt very good. Mrs. Teresa is a very kind person. Even though the Rayo De Sol facility is more than a 20-minute walk away, it is very clean and full of nice things.

B&B very close to the center of Ancona, we stayed there for 2 nights. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom are really spacious. Abundant breakfast. If I had to go back to Ancona, I would choose it again, we felt at home!

Experience more than positive. Spacious, well-kept and clean room with a large bathroom, good breakfast. The B&B Rayo De Sol is located about 20 minutes walk from the center of Ancona. The owner is very kind and helpful, we felt at home. Absolutely recommended! Giulia and Ginevra.

Hello madam, we are Adele and Rocco, we came at least 5 years ago I believe, looking for work there, to send some resumes we stayed one night at your place and it was all beautiful, your warm welcome and your wise advice. It was like a aunt to us, she said many beautiful things, it was a September day and as we were leaving, having taken our situation to heart, she wished us to find work and realize our dream, to get married and told us that when that happened, only then we should post the review, not before. Well, I graduated and I am in the ranking, my dream is teaching and since then I have done so much to get here, my boyfriend has settled in a nice associated studio here in Foggia, our city, so we haven't come up anymore, and next year we are getting married. To remember her and because I liked the name so much, I registered my boyfriend on the phone with Rayo De Sol because he is my ray of sunshine. I wish you all the best madam and if I ever come by again, I want to come and say hello. A hug. Adele and Rocco. PS: In the check-in I put the year 2019 because it didn't let me go back, so the date is indicative.

There is no bed and breakfast in Ancona that treats customers as if they were at home. The kindness and cordiality of Mrs. Teresa are impeccable. Surely, if I have the opportunity to go back to Ancona, it will be my favorite bed and breakfast.

A B&B for those who love to feel at home even while traveling. Teresa is a wonderful woman, the sense of hospitality and care for the guest in every detail are not just a job for her but are part of her. What about the very nice Max who won over my heart and Teresa's son, a nice and polite boy as you don't see anymore. The room is beautiful, always tidy and very welcoming. The breakfast that Teresa models according to everyone's needs. It has become a point of reference for me every time I pass through Ancona.

I stayed at the B&B Rayo De Sol for two nights. What can I say? Mrs. Teresa is a fantastic person! She treated me like a daughter from the moment I arrived! The place is clean and just a few meters away from several strategic points in Ancona. The breakfast is abundant and the quality-price ratio is more than excellent! I had booked for three nights but due to unforeseen problems, I had to leave a day earlier. Despite the short notice, Mrs. Teresa only charged me for two nights instead of three! I highly recommend this place! Very satisfied. Thank you Teresa, Gabriele, and Max!

I stayed at the B&B Rayo De Sol to go to the University of Marche, which is right in front. Maximum hospitality from Mrs. Teresa, the room very clean and the breakfast excellent. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed for a week and I must say that the welcome was excellent, as well as everything else: breakfast, cleanliness, privacy, etc. The manager Teresa and her son Samuel were welcoming and helpful, they made us feel immediately comfortable, as if we were at our own home. My husband and I stayed at this property between 23 and 24 November. Mrs. Teresa, with her son Samuele, were absolutely kind and hospitable and for this we thank them. Staying at the B&B Rayo De Sol was a bit like being at our own home and therefore we can say we felt good and comfortable. The environment is very well-kept and clean, enlivened by the liveliness of the little dog Max. In the morning we found a good and abundant breakfast.

I stayed at the B&B Rayo De Sol on the night of October 9th and 10th. Maximum hospitality from Mrs. Teresa and her son, they helped me in everything, maximum cleanliness in every part of the structure. It is well connected to the rest of the city. We ended up here by chance in an off-schedule, immediately attracted by the radiance on the phone of Mrs. Teresa, we found a strategic place to stay for a future trip outside the Conero. However, the added value of this B&B is definitely Mrs. Teresa, sweet and welcoming without being intrusive. Thank you Teresa for your discreet hospitality.
