B&B Poggio del Sole is located in the charming Riviera del Conero, specifically in Marcelli di Numana, in the province of Ancona, in the Marche region, and within the Conero Regional Park.

B&B Poggio del Sole consists of a peaceful and sunny terraced house, surrounded by the "blue mountains" of Leopardi and the green hills of Marche: it is only 700 meters away from the beaches of Lido di Marcelli di Numana, a modern and well-known seaside resort on the Riviera del Conero.

It is the ideal location for families who want to find the comforts of their own home in their places of stay, for a romantic vacation in a peaceful and private environment, for travelers who enjoy taking wellness breaks and taking care of themselves in a discreet and refined setting, and for all those who wish to spend some time in an unspoiled natural environment.

Structure
B&B Poggio del Sole is a modern and functional accommodation facility built in compliance with the environmental regulations of the territory where the Conero Regional Park is located. The B&B has a relaxation area consisting of an outdoor garden partially covered by a porch, where our guests can relax by reading a good book from the B&B's small library or sunbathe.

B&B Poggio del Sole has a total of 3 rooms, including 2 double rooms with balconies and the possibility of adding a single bed, and 1 room to be enjoyed as a "family room" in the unique setting of a pergola, in harmony with the environment.

We had a great time, it is a small new B&B, the room is large and clean, the atmosphere is very familiar and friendly, Mr. Bruno is a very helpful and competent person. Not close to the sea but easily reachable in 10 minutes. We highly recommend it.

The rooms at B&B Poggio del Sole are spacious and well furnished, very comfortable beds. The structure is in a quiet and peaceful area; Marcelli beach is about 700 meters away. The breakfast is very good; I would also add some savory products. You cannot pay with a debit card.

The managers are very kind and always available to recommend and explain where to go both to the sea and in the evening. The structure, despite being 800m from the nearest beach, is not exactly close to the "lively" areas but this does not cause any inconvenience, because staying at B&B Poggio del Sole still means moving around a bit with some means of transport to admire all the beauties of this area that we really liked so much. The structure also deserves praise: well maintained, clean, with a rich breakfast and equipped with various comforts both in the room and in the outdoor area. We hope to come back soon.

The structure fully met our expectations, the owners were very helpful and friendly without ever being intrusive. The cleanliness of the rooms has always been impeccable and the breakfast very abundant and varied, many products (prepared by the owners themselves) have been an added value to our beautiful holiday in the splendid Conero. We stayed for a few days, we were welcomed very well, as if we were at home. The lady and her son were very helpful and friendly. The house is very cozy, I appreciated the tranquility and privacy, the attention to the anti-covid rules during breakfast and not only. It is in a strategic position for both going to the sea, the establishment they work with is also great, and for some excursions in the surrounding villages. I hope to be able to return. B&B Poggio del Sole.

New and very functional structure. Matilde's hospitality, the owner, goes well beyond the standard and thanks to her you immediately feel at home. The cleanliness is perfect and both the sheets and towels smell every day. The breakfast is abundant and of excellent quality and is served in a splendid setting.
