Description

Orchidea is a last-built accommodation facility, located just 800 meters from the main square and just a 15-minute walk from the beaches.

Family-run, L 'Orchidea is the ideal place for work or a stay of complete relaxation and fun.

It has five rooms, including three double and two triple double rooms, completely soundproofed, air conditioned, finely furnished with furniture, LED lighting, minimal chic curtains, in shades of beige and dark brown.

All rooms have an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower cabin, a deluxe room has an open space with a crystal shower cabin, an open whirlpool bath and an en suite bathroom.

All rooms have air conditioning and independent heating adjustable from inside, free wifi throughout the building, linen from the best brands and large Full HD LED TV.

I stayed at B&B Orchidea in Civitanova and I was really satisfied. The property is very clean, well-kept in detail, and you immediately feel a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The area is quiet and residential, perfect for relaxing, and I always found free parking on the street right in front of the B&B, which is no small thing in a seaside location. The sea is about a 20-minute walk away, so slightly far, but the walk is pleasant and takes you directly to the promenade. For those looking for tranquility, order, and a well-maintained environment, it is truly an excellent choice. Highly recommended! I will gladly return.

We stayed for two weeks at this property and we had a great time! The owner was extremely helpful and even assisted us when, in late August, we had a car breakdown, directing us to his trusted mechanic. The property, about ten minutes by bike from the seafront (both south and north), is highly recommended for its cleanliness and quietness. We will definitely come back.

This is a well-located property, in the center of Civitanova Marche, which allows for quick movements, both to leave the city and to go to the beach. The manager is extremely courteous and reliable, the cleaning service is punctual and excellent. A bit more problematic the value for money, as, despite good technological predisposition and internal organization, in terms of space, the apartment was too cramped for a family of three people (there are larger and more comfortable ones, but they were not available). The bathroom is spacious and very comfortable.

Breakfast at a pastry shop very close to the property, good but perhaps €2.50 for a cappuccino and croissant is a bit high, but I realize that there is also the profit of the property and it's absolutely fair. The room is very cute with all the comforts, the only slight note is not keeping the radiators on all night; in the small room you risk having it too hot, maybe consider closing from 00:00 to 07:00? Minor notes if we really have to find something to nitpick about, then everything is perfect.

11 nights with my boyfriend, environment and room very clean. The room is a bit small, but the mattress and pillow are comfortable. The structure is a bit far from the seafront, but with the bicycles provided everything becomes faster. The breakfast at the bar is a bit poor for the price paid (included croissants and cappuccino/coffee/juice), but close enough. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and nice. Everything works well and the kitchen is equipped. The only flaw is that it was not possible to use the hob even paying, so we were a bit in difficulty. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We felt very comfortable, there was a friendly atmosphere. The owners are very kind but also reserved people, who fulfill every request and gladly answer any question. We were informed about the area and provided with material, and there was always the possibility to reach the owners at any time. The location was slightly above the beach and the city center, but this did not matter much as we were provided with bicycles. The room was cleaned very satisfactorily every day if desired. There is the possibility to hang towels and beach items outside. Breakfast consists of a brioche and a coffee and can be enjoyed in two different cafes, so you can have a certain variety in breakfast even for two weeks. We really enjoyed our time at the accommodation and would recommend it to everyone!

Deluxe room wonderful, neat and clean, modern style, simple and spacious. Very hospitable and kind owner, provided bikes even beyond check-out. Convenient location for the city center and, with a little ride, also for the beach. Breakfast in a very delicious and excellent pastry shop, I would increase the offer by adding a juice in addition to cappuccino or coffee.

The location and the courtesy of the owners are good, but what sets this B&B apart is the cleanliness and the excellent quality of the rooms and bathrooms, truly new and tasteful. They recommended me a great place to eat pizza in the evening without moving far, and breakfast is served in one of the best pastry shops I have visited, which can definitely make up for the fact that it is a few meters away from the hotel. I recommend everyone to book at least one night at Orchidea Rooms & Suites. The value for money is really good. I will definitely go back and recommend it to those who ask me for directions for a possible stay in Civitanova Marche.

I found an excellent structure, comfortable and suitable for my needs, centrally located but in direct directions for those who use a car to move around. Cleaning is done every day, which doesn't always happen in this type of accommodation. The only note, if we can call it that, is the breakfast that could be improved, especially in the type of offerings, but the overall judgment is excellent.

Excellent structure, clean, soundproofed rooms, rooms with new furniture and truly competent staff! The only small flaw is the breakfast that is served at an affiliated pastry shop. The voucher includes cappuccino + 1 croissant/pizza. I had breakfast with a sandwich and a cappuccino with soy milk and had to pay an extra 2 euros.

The structure is new. Small, very well maintained. The room where I stayed is well furnished, new, very clean. The window is high up on the ceiling with a well-functioning electronic opening and closing system. Breakfast is at a pastry shop about 300 meters away. The manager is a very friendly and kind person.

This is an excellent, comfortable, spacious, and ideal structure for a family. The location is quite central and not far from the sea. The managers are helpful and very friendly. The breakfast, offered by a bar in the immediate vicinity, is excellent. The croissants, in particular, are of outstanding quality.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast just a short walk from the center of Civitanova. Only three rooms, but furnished in a modern style and with all the comforts of a high-end hotel. Spacious bathroom with a large glass shower box. Agreement for breakfast with a bar, always of high quality, just a few steps away.
