Its strategic location allows guests to enjoy the seaside while also exploring the charming inland towns of Corinaldo, Ostra, and Mondavio, as well as natural wonders like the Frasassi Caves.
The hosts personally oversee the welcoming experience, always striving to provide flexibility and attentiveness regarding breakfast, schedules, and special requests. Upon request, a convenient shuttle service to the beach is available, designed to save time and costs by eliminating the need for a car and the hassle of finding parking.

The structure is brand new, built with commendable sustainability and equipped with all comforts, located on a slight hill 10 minutes from the beaches of Senigallia, this allows for a peaceful sleep without the use of air conditioning (which is present, by the way). A special praise to Claudio and Barbara, the friendly, kind, and nice hosts with whom we enjoyed pleasant conversations on several occasions, always ready to go out of their way to provide us with support and information. The excellent and plentiful breakfast is a plus to consider! What can I say? We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone passing through that area to take advantage of it, you won't regret it!

Beautifully renovated farmhouse with taste, in a quiet and pleasant environment, managed with care and discretion by Claudio and his wife. An absolutely recommended place where we will return.
