MineVaganti is a lovely, quiet and peaceful apartment consisting of a living area with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building and is enhanced by a large 26 sqm terrace overlooking the back of the building where there are no roads and where, in the summer, you can have breakfast and eat outdoors in peace.
The property is located in a strategic area of the city of Ancona, which is flat and well-served by public transport (just a few meters from the terminus of Piazza Ugo Bassi, the central hub for almost all city buses).
Within a few meters, there are all the essential services: from supermarkets to pharmacies, tobacconists, laundries, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pastry shops. Everything you could possibly need!
MineVaganti is less than 1 km from the train station, less than 2 km from the port, and about 12 km from Ancona-Falconara airport. It is about 5 km from the Conero Stadium, 1.6 km from the Palaindor, and very close to the Navy Selection Center (about 800 meters, less than 10 minutes on foot).
Free public parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the property (50 meters) with about fifty parking spaces and another larger one (with over 200 parking spaces) at 400 meters, reachable on foot in 5 minutes. Alternatively, there are numerous paid parking lots in the area.

My name is Daniele. I'm not a young boy anymore (I was born in the 1960s) and I haven't always been in this line of work. In life, I have "started over" several times, by choice or by necessity, and now here I am facing this new challenge. In 2020, I lost my last job (at a local publishing house) due to the recent pandemic, so I decided to invest my savings in buying this small and lovely apartment and turning it into "mineVaganti" (the title of a famous movie by my favorite director Ferzan Özpetek) and embark on this new and exciting adventure..
People who know me say that I am a kind and welcoming person, available, who loves being with others and listening to them.. who knows, this may turn out to be the best job I could ever do!

10 minutes from the station and 10 from the Navy selection center. Clean, refined and well-kept room. The strong point of the structure is the owner, Daniele, a very helpful and kind person, ready to take care of every aspect.

Excellent apartment, well furnished and very clean. There is a beautiful terrace. The neighborhood is pleasant and convenient to reach the city center with a few bus stops, very convenient also for the train station and other places in the city.
