Description

Our guesthouse, recommended by the MICHELIN Guide, is located directly on the beautiful beach of Numana Centro, in the charming setting of the Conero Park, in a very peaceful area, just a few steps from the town.

We only offer bed and breakfast accommodations (Italian-style breakfast - no buffet).

The non-smoking rooms have recently been redecorated and are cleaned daily, with towels and linens changed every other day.

The property offers private parking, a garage for motorcycles or bicycles, WiFi connection, centralized heating and air conditioning.

Groups are welcome, with arrangements to be made in advance.

Small pets are allowed only during the low season.

In addition, our guests can rent beach equipment at a discounted price at the adjacent beach club (1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds for 12.00 euros per day / 79.00 euros per week / 139.00 euros for two weeks), as well as pedal boats, skates, and SUPs; the beach also has dedicated play areas for children.

From mid-June, a FREE Shuttle Service is available, provided by the beach club itself, which connects the beach to the town center and the external parking lots at the entrance of Numana from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

The same beach club has a Bar-Restaurant with a large terrace overlooking the sea, always open for lunch, with the option to also have sandwiches, piadinas, or take-out food.

For dinner, exclusively restaurant service with an à la carte menu, only available on the following dates: April, May, and September - Saturdays and pre-holidays only. June, July, August - Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and pre-holidays.

Excellent structure in front of the most beautiful cove of Numana. A wonderful hotel in all its aspects, with a beautiful restaurant on the beach. The staff is very kind. Truly super recommended.

Great experience with booking and check-in. The hotel, located on a beautiful beach in a ZTL area, is a stone's throw from the marina and the center of Numana, it is family-run, recently and finely renovated, with courteous, playful, and very helpful staff. Flowered entrance and very well-kept room, furnished in white and elegant tones, with a bar corner. There is no elevator, but it's better because the food is too good around here. Spacious rooms, with modern furnishings, very bright and clean, 8 sea-facing with balcony or small terrace, fully equipped. Convenient parking and reserved parking spaces. The adjacent establishment is very large and well-kept, although the umbrellas are a bit close together. The restaurant is the cherry on the cake, simple cuisine, fresh fish, and excellent flavors. Unfortunately, from September it closes around 7:00 PM. The atmosphere of this place is magical and enchanting, especially at sunrise and in the evenings.
