MD Rooms

MD Rooms is a welcoming guest house located on the serene hills of Fermo, in a semi-central and quiet area, a few steps from the new hospital of Fermo and the RSA facility of Rapagnano.

The apartment, recently renovated and tastefully furnished, extends over a surface area of ??about 120 square meters and offers:
- A double bedroom of about 14 square meters
- A twin bedroom of about 16 square meters
- A single bedroom with a queen-size bed of about 13 square meters, complete with a private terrace.

It is also possible to rent the entire apartment (double bedroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom), for those who wish, for 5 people at a discounted price of 105 euros per night (excluding final cleaning costs). For reservations longer than 15 days a 5% discount will be applied, while for reservations longer than 30 days a 10% discount will be applied.

Each room is equipped with personal towels (10 euros per set on request) and a hairdryer to ensure maximum comfort.

There are private bathrooms available to guests.

Guests can also enjoy a large living room with a habitable terrace, a comfortable three-seater sofa, a 50-inch TV, a table for six people and a fully equipped kitchen, including a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine with capsules, plates and dishes.

Located on the top floor, the apartment is well ventilated and offers a pleasant environment. In addition, from the windows and balconies you can admire a splendid view of the enchanting Fermo hills.
