Description

The Marevista B&B is located in the beautiful town of Fano, known for its ancient historical roots, fishing activity, and "brodetto" dish.

Our establishment is just a short walk away from all of this, but most importantly, it is only 50 meters from the city's most beautiful and well-equipped beaches, which can be easily reached on foot with the added safety of strollers.

It is situated along the Adriatic State Road 16: from the back, you can enjoy the splendid panoramic view of the gentle hills of Fano, and from the other side, you can savor the sea breeze, perhaps while relaxing in front of a rich and tasty self-service breakfast.

Familiarity, courtesy, attention, and privacy are the characteristics of both the establishment and its management.

Our "do-it-yourself" breakfast consists of local foods with unmistakable flavors: fresh croissants or pastries (tarts, grandpa's cake, plum cake), various flavors of jams, and for the most indulgent and diet-unconscious, chocolate!! Biscuits, fruit (upon request), milk, espresso or stovetop coffee, tea, and even chamomile for the evening.

Our customers will find all of this on their table, free to manage it as they wish.

You can also have your breakfast in the late morning (no later than 10:00/10:15) while being caressed by the sea breeze, which will greet you for a relaxing and enjoyable day.

Andrea is the owner of the B&B; a cheerful, helpful, straightforward, and welcoming person.

Together with his wife Federica, they manage the guests' reception with courtesy, discretion, and complete availability to meet every customer's request.

They are always available regarding the arrival or departure times, the breakfasts served or self-service, and the use of the apartment.

Along the Adriatic State Road, exiting the city of Fano heading towards Pesaro. Near a wellness center SPA.

We are located in an area where trams and buses are available every half hour on weekdays to connect Fano with Pesaro; on holidays, they are available approximately every hour. The state road, crossing Pesaro, allows you to reach the beautiful Renaissance cities of Gradara and Urbino in 40 minutes, and the historic towns of Montefeltro in about an hour.

Quiet and convenient place in the center, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, due to organizational reasons, we were not able to have breakfast, but the owner provided packaged products. Definitely worth considering for next time.

I loved it here! Amazing breakfast. Great location and very kind and helpful hosts. The bathroom was large. Some drawbacks were that we arrived late and had to wait till 11pm to be let into the room after an exhausting trip on the train. I also wasn't crazy about the bed. However for the price it was excellent.

We have just spent 3 days in this structure and highly recommend it. The staff is very helpful, the room and bathroom are very clean, and finally the breakfast is just right! Just a stone's throw from the sea and there is even parking inside if you want! Surely when we return to Fano, we will book here again.

A pleasant discovery the Marevista with clean rooms and a good breakfast. The location, even though on a busy street, allows you to reach the sea in a very short time and avoiding the 'traffic' passing through the gate behind that leads directly to the promenade. Fano is also a beautiful city so it's fantastic to wander through its alleys among shops and small restaurants where you eat very well. I am very satisfied with my choice also thinking about the quality/price ratio and I feel like recommending Marevista without any doubt.

A good place to spend a vacation considering the availability of the owner, the daily cleaning of the rooms (not trivial in B&Bs). The only flaw is the absence of air conditioning. The sea is very convenient and easy to reach. To return.

The Marevista property looks good: Bed and Breakfast very close to the main beaches reachable on foot in 5 minutes and to the center. The Bed and Breakfast Marevista can also be reached by bus starting from Fano station. Clean and modern structure. Manager always available and friendly.

A simple and welcoming structure, excellent cleanliness, great management, Mrs. Federica is very kind. Each room has its own bathroom, a well-equipped shared kitchen, and a good 'do it yourself' Italian breakfast. The private parking and easy access to the beach are ideal for families. Ottima accoglienza e conduzione della struttura-. eccellente la pulizia- possibilità di utilizzare una cucina provvista di tutto quanto necessario per prepararsi pranzo e cena-soggiorno ampio e piacevole- gentilezza e discrezione veramente apprezzabili da parte della gestione. - spiaggia raggiungibile senza pericolo anche per bimbi evitando l'attraversamento della statale- il centro è raggiungibile sia a piedi che con un paio di fermate di bus (molto frequenti). Mi sono trovata proprio bene.

Ottima l'accoglienza, ottima disponibilità della signora Federica riguardo gli orari di arrivo e partenza. Ottima pulizia e buona colazione all'italiana. Unico neo la posizione infelice dell'ingresso della struttura (in curva sulla statale dove bisogna prestare molta attenzione per la sosta). La struttura possiede un parcheggio privato.

Grazie Sig. Curcelli della sua recensione e per i complimenti che mi ha rivolto!!! Ha ragione per quanto riguarda il nostro ingresso che si trova sulla Statale. Va detto però che abbiamo un parcheggio verso la pista ciclabile da cui accedere sia con l'auto e a piedi verso il mare. Grazie ancora per essere stati nella nostra struttura sperando volgiate fare un 'altra "tappa" qui da noi. saluti e arrivederci. Federica e Andrea.

Struttura semplice. Ottima pulizia e disponibilità dei titolari. Vicino sia al mare che al centro storico. Unico neo la vicinanza alla statale.

La consiglio perché è veramente di facile accesso al mare. Lasci la tua macchina al parcheggio privato della struttura per tutto il soggiorno senza doverti spostare con il tuo pezzo nel caos del traffico cittadino. Puoi usare la cucina e cucinarti un pranzo veloce senza doverti trovare un ristorante ogni volta. La spiaggia dove accedi è di sabbia; ciò ti consente di fare lunghe passeggiate lungomare. va La struttura è pulitissima. La proprietaria è disponibile. Vacanza decisamente ok!
