A 120 square meter attic apartment featuring two bedrooms with a total of six beds. The larger bedroom, over 30 square meters, includes a double bed and a large single bed; the second bedroom has three single beds, two of which can be combined to form a double bed. The attic is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils; there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Air conditioning is available throughout the space, with televisions in both the living room and the master bedroom, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Outside, there is a spacious garden furnished with a seating area, a gazebo with a table, play equipment for children, and a comfortable swimming pool. Guests can use sun loungers, deck chairs, and a hot/cold outdoor shower. Depending on the season, fresh produce from the adjacent vegetable garden may be available. From the attic window, you can enjoy panoramic views of the countryside, including the ancient Frontone Castle and, in the distance, the Monte Catria massif, known as "Gibbo," which Dante mentions in the 13th canto of Paradise. The location offers easy access to major local attractions such as the Fonte Avellana Monastery, once a temporary residence of Dante Alighieri; the city of Urbino, home to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Ducal Palace; Gubbio, famous for its Ceri festival; the town of Cagli; the Frasassi Caves; Pergola with its Golden Bronzes; and the beaches of Marotta and Senigallia. Additionally, when the weather becomes hot, the cable car starting from Caprile in Frontone conveniently takes you up to the cool climate of Monte Catria at 1400 meters above sea level, where numerous cycling and hiking trails are available. The Baita del Catria mountain lodge offers traditional regional cuisine. In winter, the entire area transforms into a ski resort with two chairlifts serving slopes of varying difficulty.
